After a long hike, we were craving a satisfying meal, and The Yellow Deli absolutely hit the spot! We were pleasantly surprised to find out it’s open 24 hours—such a great option after a long day outdoors.

The food was amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and comforting, exactly what we needed to recharge. The sandwiches were hearty, and the salads were packed with delicious ingredients. The cozy, rustic atmosphere added to the charm, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area—great food and great vibes, no matter the time of day!

The nicest owners and the best staff I've ever had the pleasure meeting! The food is very fresh and delicious! Priced right with a cozy unique environment. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and we couldn't have made a better choice! Looking forward to eating in Lawrence Kansas at your new location soon! Thank you Yellow deli! - Angie and Brad Nachtigal

I discovered The Yellow Deli and was enchanted by its cozy, eclectic atmosphere and warm hospitality. The moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a treasure trove of flavors and quirks. The Deli Rose sandwich was phenomenal, but the real star was the sourdough bread served with the fresh vegetable soup - absolutely next-level!

The deli's unique decor, complete with vintage touches and colorful accents, makes you feel like you're in a friend's cozy living room. And the staff? Quirky, friendly, and passionate about what they do. You can tell they pour love into every detail.

Yellow Deli is a must-visit. Savor their creative menu offerings, indulge in that incredible bread, and soak up the warm, fuzzy vibes. I'll be back for more!

I appreciate they are open 24 hours, this is the only food place open late in Boulder at this time. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homely. I think the cost value of the food was pretty good, but it was just okay food. The roast beef was the overcooked brown variety, and the buffalo chicken is the deli cut chicken, not breaded chicken. It tasted okay, but not really what I was expecting.

After I ordered, I learned a lot about the organization that runs it. I don't mind that it's a religious group. I've shopped at a lot of Amish-run places too which are similar in religious structure. I was a little put off by the tip jar. If your workers aren't being paid, and live in a communal society, then what's the function of the tip jar? It should say "donations to our community", not tips. It's giving the false expectation that the workers here are receiving your money, when they are not. The Yellow Deli as a business needs to be more forthcoming with their religious purpose to engage public trust.

I might come back if I'm in a pinch and need food overnight if I'm working late, but they haven't impressed me yet, either in their food or their ethics.

I was looking for an early morning breakfast spot after a hike and I'm so glad I found this place! Incredible staff and the spinwich was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Can't wait to come back!

First off this place is super charming, like being in the shire from lord of the rings. And the people who run it are very nice. But when I came in for breakfast the food was… off. They don’t serve espresso based coffee drinks, just drip. They don’t serve pork products like sausage or bacon on their egg sandwiches, just deli meats. They only steam the onions and peppers that go on the egg sandwich, they don’t sauté them. And their “special sauce” on their egg sandwich was basically a creamy ketchup, and it was completely doused in it. The whole thing was a sloppy, tomatoey mess. I really wanted to like this place, but I don’t know that I could go back for food, maybe just a non-coffee beverage.
