Great affordable food and wonderful staff, with outdoor seating available. Street Taco special is a deal, and cauliflower gortitas are tasty

I work nearby and love having Tierra as a lunch option! Great veggie options and the food always tastes fresh. Their tortilla chips are some of the best!

I got the huevos rancheros. The salsa and eggs were a little unflavored. Potatoes and beans were actually pretty good. Service was decent but could be better.

The green chili brisket breakfast burrito with mango habanero hot sauce might be the best burrito in existence. Employees are always very friendly as well, love this place!

I feel extremely passionately that these are the best breakfast burritos in Boulder. Get the chorizo + bacon combo, and the green salsa! Perfectly balanced, filling, delicious.
Food is really solid. Love the atmosphere. Breakfast burritos are amazing. You have to try the suadero!

Went for brunch and this restaurant did not disappoint, there was a nice calm vibe when I got there. It's a nicely decorated and clean restaurant. The service was up to my liking, they're not overwhelmingly cherry like a Chick-fil-A employee but still respectful. My mom is a coffee lover and she loooovveeed their coffee, she likes her coffee strong but not bold their coffee literally taste like mother nature herself brewed it! If you like smoldered burritos these are definitely Mexican smoldered burritos and they have different levels of spiciness sauces. The barbacoa tacos are soft and well seasoned, if you don't really like a well salted taco maybe it's not for you but I do! I can't wait to go there again even though it's a forty min drive from my place. Muchas gracias por la comida!

There are two Mexican places next to each other. One of them is better. It’s easily Tierra y Fuego. They should have a line out the door…

Super loved a late lunch here on a sunny Sunday afternoon… fantastic food, really great staffs, and a nice vibe with the outdoor seating. Can def recommend the smoked brisket tacos, and the smokey salsa that comes with an order of chips is so good. Would easily recommend to others

The tacos are DELICIOUS! I will give them that! I was lucky to get some barbacoa because after my two tacos they ran out and they were out of a lot of other things too. A little unusual for a Latin restaurant with a heavy taco emphasis doesn’t have carne asada and I think it would be a really good addition to the menu, possibly some pescado or Camarones. The CHIPS AND SALSA ARE AWFUL, please don’t order, just keep the $3 the salsa tastes like a pizza sauce… I don’t know what happened there, because their taco salsas are delicious with perfect heat!
