This is the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in Boulder and I’m legitimately part of a burrito club that tries a different kind every week. The chorizo was exceptional, the heat was just right, and both salsa options I tried (red and green) had something good to offer. I made the mistake of eating here for the first time before going on a long trip and now I think about it every time I get hungry. 10/10 would recommend

Easily the best tacos in Boulder… especially the carnitas. I also love the huevos rancheros and the chicken mole is solid as well. Really fair prices and the staff is super nice.. family owned. Also their salsa is amazing.

I work nearby and love having Tierra as a lunch option! Great veggie options and the food always tastes fresh. Their tortilla chips are some of the best!

I got the huevos rancheros. The salsa and eggs were a little unflavored. Potatoes and beans were actually pretty good. Service was decent but could be better.

I feel extremely passionately that these are the best breakfast burritos in Boulder. Get the chorizo + bacon combo, and the green salsa! Perfectly balanced, filling, delicious.

Food is really solid. Love the atmosphere. Breakfast burritos are amazing. You have to try the suadero!
