A star down just coz the restaurant doesn’t serve that amazing Momo chutney/sauce they served at their stall during the Nepali Indra Jatra festival today. It was EXCELLENT and authentic. The sauce they serve at the restaurant is a dumbed down version. The food is to die for! When I went last, we got the chicken sausage, sausage Chow Mein, and pork Momo. The foods were so rich in flavor and the portions are really filling. One of my favorite spots for lunch, dinner or a quick snack in Boulder.
15 dollars seems like a lot for noodles until you see the amount they give you. Holy cow is this good value in Boulder. I got the vegetable schezuan noodle and it's packed to the brim with noodles - at least 2 meals and probably 3. The noodles themselves are good and actually spicy and numbing. Highly recommend
