I just wanted to really share my thanks to the Torchy’s Team at this Location in Boulder! I’m not leave a review person but the courage was built after time with the go above and beyond service, friendly/energetic staff AND consistently making the food be of great quality which makes it seems like it’s not apart of a fast food chain but it’s own one of a kind restaurant. I’ve been to multiple Torchy’s and they were good all around but simply can’t match the consistency of Food and highly friendly atmosphere that this location provides. Shoutout to Pepe, Marley & Lindsay and the kitchen team for the love they have just being there and working together! They really go out their way to make sure your needs are met and that your experience is always comfortable and refreshing. Remarkable. I really believe it’s what sets this store apart from all the others. It’s always a good time and never let down but lifted up when you leave.Truly thank you for always a great experience Torchy’s Boulder!

Very disappointed today. Took much longer than usual to receive our food. Chips and queso then came out at the same time as meal. My grilled chicken taco had less than half the amount of chicken as typical - a measly 2-3 pieces. If this was my first time here, it would be my last.
