I’ve come here a few times and definitely enjoy the premise—the bookstore is lovely, coffee & beer/wine is quite nice—however, I have found the customer service leaving something to be desired. Only one barista/book/bartender has had an openly kind disposition, a gentleman with glasses. Everyone I have spoken to otherwise has had a great air of pretentiousness and greater-than-thou to them. I really want to be coming in here more often, and will likely continue to, but I find that the staff make me feel as though I am unwelcome and very insecure to be in the cafe at all. However, again, this is not a deal breaker for the place, and I suppose that staff interaction is minimal enough to forget about it.

Worst Matcha I ever had. The girl at the front desk was so rude!!! They never asked if I wanted cold or hot and then got mad because they had put a little bit of ice in my drink. Definitely not going back here

A perfect Boulder refuge. We ducked in from the rain, browsed and bought a couple of books, then sat on the covered patio with great coffee. The vibe is cozy and relaxed—part indie bookstore, part café, all charm.
If you love books, good brews, and a place to linger while the weather does its thing, this spot is a must.

Cute and cozy place! Great place for meeting friends, grabbing a quick snack, or just have a place to study and relax. I love the outdoor patio and the pastries they have. I also love that there are lots of books for sale too.
