Two of us went in to grab a quick bite on a summery Saturday afternoon. Just a couple of shared plates - the burrata with vegetables and calabrian chili oil, and the warm beet salad with goat cheese and arugula. Food was delicious, balanced and fresh. Service from Nate was friendly, competent, and prompt. Even better, the Euro2024 Netherlands Turkiye quarterfinal was on. Will be back for sure.

While my personal taste for food, is places with buffet or unlimited selections, and pizza with thick crust. I will say this place was darn good.I ordered the vodka pizza. Lightly cooked, as I do not enjoy burnt pizza. It was amazing. Every bite was full of flavor.My friend ordered the Birria beef skillet. It was full of flavourful spices and textures. But not spicy, just to be spicy.For dessert we ordered the bread pudding. They deep fry it. Slightly over fried for my personal liking. However, the flavor, just like everything else was amazing. My roommate who normally does not like bread pudding, loved it.Got to meet Max the manager. Very friendly individual.I will definitely visit this place again, and soon.

Great food, great service . Wes was attentive and fulfilled our every need before we even had a chance to think about it! I’m picky too. Service was top notch. Pizza was very good, my husband had the jalapeño popper pizza and we also shared the kale salad, which was huge and amazing. Thrilled that we Boulder people finally have a spot to go where it’s dark, there’s good beer, service is consistent, it’s not super pricey and the food is really good. Great food, great atmosphere. Am a regular with my wife and always try to hit happy hour. Myself and several patrons have noticed though we are not receiving happy hour pricing on listed items. (Neighboring table warned us as they were leaving and we checked as well.)

While he’s new here, he’s no stranger to exceptional service. He was genuine, helpful, and anticipate our every need. We love all the Sun restaurants.
