The only good thing here is the desert would stay as far away as possible.

If you are celiac / gluten free please be aware almost everything here is cross contaminated or contains gluten except probably the greens. I have had a reaction most everytime ive eaten here, and theres not many gf options to begin with.

The only consistently good section is Persian. Typically, there is a variety of soups. Soups are supposed to be healthy, but they put pepper in ALL types of soups.

Best buffet for the price. I don’t understand any of the people that complain about the place or say the food is gross because if you have ever been to other colleges dinner halls they don’t even compare to this one also the price his grate if you go to any other buffet it’s going to cost you over $20 dollars even if you go for the cheaper option like Golden Corral the only thing I would complain about is the time it closes which is 8 o’clock every day which in my opinion is pretty early

Not bad. Was better pre-covid. Now the quality feels plastic and cheap, as a whole. Except for the kosher station; without which, a 3-4 star this place becomes. But the Kosher station, despite rarely being open (4 days a week for only some 5 hrs a day apart from some holidays during which place is closed for weeks), is absolutely excellent.

The dining room is always clean and has great staff. There is a wide variety of food, so you can choose to eat well or poorly as you choose. Due to the availability of both alternatives at the same time, it is my preferred location on campus to be in between breakfast and lunch. There is always enough seating and food options.

Nice Persian and sometimes Chinese food, dessert, tea, and coffee. Haven't tried the rest...

Cost like 14 dollars for non students, 10 for students. Pretty typical school cafeteria lunchroom options. Breakfast was good.

Pros:love the Persian station and the Italian stationCons:a lot of the food can be weird. I don't like how in certain sections they put meat and vegetables together because as a strict vegetarian for religious reasons I am afraid I might get some meat in my food. Also there are some nasty staff. I got yelled at for asking for another bowl of ramen and told to go away. The staff can be grumpy and glare at you.

This dining hall is huge and they have different "restaurants" for the price of a single admission fee of ~10 bucks per person as of this writing. Not sure what the cost is for CU students since I attended a lunch gathering with some students and was the only non-CU person there. The food taste and quality was on par with any decent cafeteria (think large cruise ship buffet and then some), so not great but definitely worth more than the entrance fee for a mostly buffet-style experience. I had dishes from the Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean kitchens and all were actually very edible. I also saw one of the restaurants grounding their own beef so yea, it's not all pre-processed food and dry frozen veggies here...it's quite the opposite. Self-serve salad options were excellent since you can't really mess that one up! Diners were 99% students and the noise levels were good for a packed building, no I had no problems hearing anyone in my party. I would definitely go back for the university vibes and food that was a superb value. TIPS: For anyone visiting C4C for the first time, the visitors' lot adjacent to the C4C building is usually full so you may have to park across the street at lots 306 or 308 which are physically the same lot. Do not pay for parking at the wrong machines (look for a "308" pay machine if parked in lot 308, and use a 306 machine if parked in lot 306). We paid to park in 308 but we used a 306 machine so we were ticketed. Thankfully the ticket was only a warning and not a fine or I would have fought it tooth and nail.Overall, we had an excellent gathering with decent lunches and a wide array of options.

Is it this the cheapest place to eat in boulder? I think so.Most convenient for CU students too. Some food stations are closed and tables are often dirty, but not really a problem.Word of advice, try making tastier food so we finish out food and don’t end up throwing away so much food.

Foods not the best and takes some getting used to as a student, but it gets the job done. Decent options too

Taking outsider to tour during student’s lunch time, and the people take the table that I hold for my friends. It’s still covid time, I hate this.
