Been a good brewery for my wife and me, in the past. Things have changed, may be staff or change in the brewer, but I've been less pleased than usual. One that hit me a little hard was the tall boy double west coast IPA they canned that tastes of straight soap, which tells me either unsanitized equipment or sat in the fermenter too long and broke down the fatty acids too much. Hopefully they can correct this, as after buying one of these tallboys, I won't be drinking Upslope beer again.

At first I did not realize that Upslope and The Mighty Colorado Burger were at the same location, but that's super amazing because they're both great. Upslope has a great bar with really kind bartenders. The restaurant is always super clean, and the beer is ALWAYS delicious. Try the Passionfruit Hibiscus Sour the next time you're in, you won't regret it.
