Great brewery in NoBo. Came in on a Monday night, was pretty slow and chill. Tried their Czech lager and Collaboration Hefeweizen: both pretty good ?

My favorite brewery in Boulder by far.

Had a great time here last night for the 15th Anniversary Kick Off! Upslope is having their main party Friday, but this was tons of fun to start. Service is great as always and the bartenders are very nice and friendly. They were great to go over some beer choices! I got a small pour of the Japanese lager, and a full pint of Pumpkin ale. Glad that's still on tap!Swing by soon to grab a can of 15 year beer! This was a must try, with 15 varieties of hops!

And what the heck is a "cold IPA"? Just admit it's an IPL, and sleep better with a clear conscience.Great service, though!

Just a few doors up from BOCO Cider was a quick stop to check out Upslope. The atmosphere was a pretty cool laid-back vibe and the bartender was really friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. For something different they had a New Zealand Style IPA, hops grown in New Zealand, which made it low in a citrus flavor but had a like a nice punch of stone fruit. I really enjoyed this one and could easily enjoy multiple of these. The other beer that stood out was Lee Hill Series Vol. 32 Kriek Sour Ale aged in a foeder with Italian balaton cherries. We found this beer have notes of oak and cherries with a sour finish at the end. Regardless if you have a Kriek style beer or not this beer is a light packing cherry flavor beer. Kid friendly no food but local restaurant will deliver depending on your location. $$

My wife and I stopped in here to have a couple beers/seltzers. We found this by driving along 36 and it was a great stop. The beers that we had were awesome. I highly recommend this brewery. The bartender at this location was very friendly and helped us decide on drinks.

A pleasant and relaxed tap room with great beers and a friendly local feel. Really enjoyed an excellent pint in their small patio area on a mild summer evening along with several other easy to talk to "neighbors." Just wish this location had the full spectrum of Upslope offerings on tap. To be fair, this room may not have enough traffic to make this practical.

I have found this place to be an excellent experience. Great staff and a very special clientele. Sad to say no happy hour. Miss a good happy hour.4.5 stars out of 5.

Killer place. Good beer and seltzer. Laid back. Awesome service. Place to chill. Try the Kolsch.

Simply an enjoyable small-front brewery spot (the original north Boulder site). Fundamentally solid and tasty beers and such a good lineup of brews not canned and commercially sold. A fantastic decompression time to be had.

Awesome brewery that smells like fresh malt and barley when you walk in, with a rotating tap and some of those new fashionable alcoholic sparkling waters. I like everything I've tried here. It's a small storefront with view of dozens of barrels in the warehouse. I tend to hate pils but their take is refreshing and gave me a good buzz. There's multiple IPAs and they are all solid. And there's a few tables outside for those worried about air circulation. A must-stop for a drink in North Boulder.

Bartender was really friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. The beer was great and everyone around the bar was fun to talk to as well.
