Seaport, Boston location. Staff MADE SURE I was picking the flavor that I really wanted. They wanted me to feel like a welcome tourist. Mission Accomplished.
Ah, maybe if you cant pay enough employees to keep the store open during one employee’s break just shorten your hours? This has happened twice now: Drove all the way here from a few towns over, get here an hour and a half before closing to locked doors and sign on the door that said “stepped out for a moment” while the sole employee is obviously on some sort of break right inside the door. Last time we waited almost 30 minutes and then gave up and left. (Unsure why anyone would wait until an hour and a half before closing to do their break.) So it’s just us and 4 other people all sitting in their cars waiting. I feel most bad for the guy who is obviously on a doordash order… yikes
Will not take cash. So I will never go agin. Ice cream was pedestrian at best
Colorado HB21-1048 requires retail establishments to accept US currency. This business refused to take my cash for payment. The young man behind the register said that it is a company wide policy.
I got to try your Earl Grey tea ice cream over the summer, and recently tried your London Fog ice cream bars, and they're both awesome!! Thank you for creating these!!
Delicious but pricey. Worth it? Yes!
I love the ice cream here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very nice staf. Enjoyed the ice cream!!!!!!
On 8 Sep 2025, my wife and I were walking on 29th Street during our visit to Boulder and came across this ice cream shop. The irony behind this brand is that we recently purchased this ice cream for the first time at our local grocery store back in Las Vegas and commented how wonderful this ice cream was. I wasn't aware that this brand actually had a local shop, nonetheless, I didn't think we'd actually confront the actual store that sells this sweet goodness. After the experience, I searched online and apparently there's a lot of shops across the country, but unfortunately, there isn't one in my home city. Regardless, I'm glad we found this location.
The employee working on the day we visited was nice and patient, as we took our time trying to figure out what to order. I was a little bummed that they didn't have the Bigface Coffee Affogato even though it was specified on their menu; however, we ended up ordering the Pumpkin Cheesecake and Marionberry Cheesecake Ice Cream instead. Both ice cream tasted magnificent; extremely creamy and contained the perfect amount of sweetness.
The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was reasonable; these days, you cannot get high quality treats for cheap...but it's worth the money. I highly respect this business for their support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! Overall, I loved my experience here, as depicted in my 5-star rating. If you're having a splurge day (or splurge hour) and don't know what to have or where to go, visit this shop. I highly recommend this business to everyone!
Came to this ice cream shop for the first time and we were thoroughly impressed! Crystal was amazing! She walked us through the flavors and allowed us to taste test so many flavors so we could pick the one we loved most! They have a vast variety, and a solid vegan line of flavors! Will definitely be back ☺️
Small serving, expenses, doesn't take cash
