Let me start by saying that Weldon (not Wenchel) is one of the best distillery tour guides we have ever had. Nay, even the best. We’ve toured distilleries all over Kentucky and the country so you can trust our opinion. But you know what, you don’t have to. You can tour the distillery yourself and find out. But, the bad news is Weldon only has a handful of tours left to lead as he’s heading to the new Pearl street location in Boulder this November. Good news is you can still tour the distillery and better news - go down to Pearl street and taste these fine whiskeys with Weldon waxing lyrical about their delicious spirits.
Honest, no bs tour and a fine establishment that any whiskey connoisseur worth their salt should visit. Seriously, visit and buy their product now. All the stars.

I wasn’t originally planning to visit the distillery during my weekend in Colorado. I was heading back to the hotel and thought, “Why not?” So, I gave them a call, and a young lady named Heidi answered. I couldn’t have been happier. Her calm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like I was already part of the family.

The entire experience was fantastic. Heidi was incredibly knowledgeable, which really enhanced the visit. I also loved their traditional, down-to-earth approach. They’re not trying to create artificial hype or make it difficult for people to get a bottle. Instead, they focus on creating a homey, family-oriented atmosphere where word of mouth is their best advertisement.

If you’re reading this, Heidi, thank you for the wonderful experience and the great atmosphere you’ve helped create. I’m sure the distillery is thriving. You’ve got a friend from Pennsylvania now, and you’ll always have a second home here if you ever decide to visit.

Can't miss if you're in Boulder. If you're a whiskey or gin lover, you'll love these. If you're not, you will still love the cocktails. Chad was an an amazing host, and a flight of their spirits will blow your mind without a doubt. This will be a stop every time I'm in the area!

Hands down, best coffee liqueur I’ve ever tasted. Bought a bottle after sampling at Vapor Distellery’s booth at the Boulder Fall Festival and I’ve never been more pleased. Makes the best espresso martinis and tasted amazing on its own.

Great experience! Even better bourbon and single malts. If you are in the area, be sure to stop in for a flight and a bottle or two to go!

We had an absolutely fantastic personal tour with the most knowledgeable staff. Learned so much more about bourbon whiskey, single malt whiskey, & peated whiskey. I bought 3 bottles & whiskey aged coffee. I highly recommend Boulder Spirits ❗️❗️❗️

I accompanied my husband to this establishment yesterday afternoon and was HIGHLY impressed by the products and the knowledgeable staff. I am not particularly a whisky drinker myself but the bartender made me a delicious bourbon mule with added cranberry walnut bitters and it was very tasty! My husband ordered a flight and the bartender was very personable and provided in depth details regarding the different types of whiskey poured. Highly plan on returning and most definitely recommend.
