Ate for the first time here and loved it. I ate their breakfast burritos and was blown away. One of the best around! This is a scratch kitchen and you can tell with every bite. The salsas are authentic. Hot is hot!! Their pork green chile is very tasty. Very welcoming staff. Nice vibe. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

I came in not expecting much but when I saw the Birria Tacos on the menue and my bartender highly recommended them I went for it. I decided to get chips and salsa but got a warm bag of fresh made tortilla chips and a very nice salsa Verde. See pic. The Birria tacos came out and I was stunned at the presentation and blown away by the flavor! Everything was on point and you better believe I'll be back to try more dishes from Verde!
The vibe is pretty good here for some drinks but I’d recommend skipping the food. On my first visit, we found plastic in our food and figured it was just an accident. We decided to give them another try and ordered the enchiladas. The sauce was partly cold and partly warm and the rice was stale. Probably the worst mexican food I’ve had in Boulder. We wont be back.

WOW !! The chips were the best ever. They were served nice and warm. The salad was delicious. It had just the right amount of spice. The frozen hurricane drink was very good. You could taste the rum !! The bartender was very nice and polite. The music and the atmosphere was amazing.

Pretty good food here. Had the tacos along with chips and guacamole. Tacos were good. However, I'd steer clear od the ahi tuna. They weren't bad tasting. Just had only 2 paper thin slices of tuna.
