Making us need to sign up or log in to place an order on the website is the single worst business decision I've ever witnessedEdit: changed it to 2 stars cause I was able to call in my order. Still though. That's ridiculous

FYI their granola is not GF. A bummer to eat part of a bowl, realize this, and then dump half of a $20 meal out. Granola is not an inherently gluten containing food nor is a superfood smoothie bowl. The lady was kind when I asked and said they do offer a different granola option that is GF. This was not on the menu and didn’t help with what I had already been served. Should you choose to treat yourself to a bowl this could be helpful information here. They can really do with updating their menu.Dietary restrictions: The granola contains gluten

Used to be my favorite place for a quick lunch! Last two orders however, weren’t that great - wilted old greens in my salad ? which for people with digestive issues is no bueno.I feel like quality control is no longer there.

I am a fellow for the academic year at CU-Boulder, and I came to Vitality Bowl because I had heard good things about the place and it is near my office on campus. I will not be back. The person took my name while I place the order. There was one other person in the place at the time (12:30 PM lunch time). It was not busy.At 12:55, having planned to eat in I got up from my seat and came to the front. There was an order sitting on the counter. The two persons behind the counter didn't even know who it was for - which was for me.I understand not wanting to work in the food industry. I understand having a bad day. That said, I regret very much giving a twenty percent tip when I paid for my Vitality Wrap at the beginning. They clearly did not want to be there, and could care even less that I had paid for a pricey vegetarian wrap, which was only passable as a meal.I was polite throughout the process, but I will not be back to this place. I would give the service no stars if that were possible.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but there are better places to get a vegetarian option, including Trader Joe's, which has pre-made hummus wraps for about $10.00 cheaper. Vitality Bowls needs new management or some sort of makeover. I will never enter the place again unless I hear that it has changed.

very expensive for what we got. fruity frozen stuff, covered in sweet granola and blueberries. Entirely unexciting, for $16

horrible service. bad group of people working there. Gave me the wrong order and then proceeded to hide in the back when I tried to get my order fixed. I HATE THIS PLACE!

The bowl was great… until I found a long blonde hair in in (my hair is black)…

Stopped in yesterday and the staff was so sweet and patient with me to customize a bowl, and it was super stuffed and packed to the lid which was even better. Also got a wrap which was super good. Very happy with this place!

It took 20 minutes to get my smoothie on a Sunday afternoon. This isn't the first time it's taken a while, but it's never been this bad. The staff was rude - one of the workers knew some other customers and spent more time chatting with them than making the smoothie. Smoothie itself wasn't filled to the top and had chunks in every sip. Not worth $11. There are definitely better places to go!

Delicious food, friendly staff quick to give recommendations if needed. Pretty much everything is or can be made gluten free.

One of the best protein smoothies I've had. My only complaint is I went back the next day they were closed due to understaffing.

Super helpful staff. Extensive menu of healthy items-juices, smoothies and bowls. Lots of additions you can add to your drink of food, substations also not a problem. Fast service, tasty drinks, at least what we had. We were pleased with this choice for a snack after a long morning hike in the area.
