Stumbled upon Wapos for lunch and had the best Mexican food in Boulder! The chef recommended carnitas and al pastor tacos and they did NOT disappoint. Incredible flavor and even better service from the chef himself, will definitely be coming back!
What an awesome spot. Authentic food, kind staff and great service. The patio has heat lamps and is dog friendly which is awesome. It's so cute. Tucked away right by the mountains. Easily the best Mexican food in Boulder. Everything is super fresh and full of flavor. Whether you’re sitting inside or out on the patio, the vibes are always great. Feels like you’re on vacation even at lunchtime on a workday.
