I love me a Wendy’s. And the people in this Wendy’s are great, they make the food, and have a warm attitude. Then there’s the elderly woman commanding them all around, even interrupting my transaction to make some rude micro managing comment to my cashier. She was so off putting and it’s bad for both staff and customers.

Tried the new Raven's Blood Frosty and tossed it after a few bites. Liquefied styrofoam with melted berry scented crayons on top would taste better than this trash. Shameful cash grab.

I’m not sure if they’ve changed the croissant or if it was just how mine was prepared, but the breakfast sandwich was nowhere near as good as usual- not totally hot (even the cheese sauce wasn’t fully melted), lacking the buttery flakiness that I’ve come to know, love, and expect from Wendy’s. Disappointed.

Just hit the drive thru- Got no sauce we ordered, nuggets were cold, cinnamon bites cold, stale, tough. Called to let them know and the girl answering was rude and did not care at all. Im done with Wendy's.

Ever had a crunchy chicken sandwich? Well now I have! How does piece of chicken become crunchy? I have no idea, but it’s not a fun thing to have in your mouth!
In all seriousness, this was really a disgusting experience and I wanting to vomit. The chicken itself — not the breading or sandwich fillings — was crunchy. It was like chicken with the texture of hot, wet iceberg lettuce.
