Early morning, the gentleman acted very pushy and rude. I understand the dining area had homeless hanging out, so he could have been upset with that. But I'm a paying customer. Oh, and the password to the bathroom had issues.

Found hair in my food, the manager quickly ignore the customer she was dealing with to quickly fix my salutation but the replacement burger just made me puke. I was not feeling well the rest of the day !

So I don’t know if this is the fault of the store or not but I don’t know where else to leave a review. I placed an order on 11/21 for delivery, and my food showed up cold and half eaten. 2/4 nuggets were gone, and half of the fries as well. I immediately emailed Wendy’s customer service. Today, 11/25, I got an email back from them with a number to call. So I did, and I explained my situation and they told me they could not help or issue a refund because the order happened more than 3 days prior. I submitted my complaint prior to that, and did not receive the phone number to call in that 3 day time span. I fail to see how this is acceptable.

Nothing “fast” about this food. Took 20 minutes to get my food. When you have a 30 minute lunch break and have to drive to a place, that is completely unacceptable. I can see people working, but no one is getting any orders. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

These guys are totally over worked and under paid The young guy with blonde hair really tried but they forgot my potatoes, out of reg coke out of ketchup, they look annoyed to see you standing there They clearly have too much to do!!!!
