I only ever get a frosty and fries at Wendy’s. This is my neighborhood location and I’ve never been inside besides yesterday when I went in to ask for a new frosty because the one I got from the drive through had a strand of hair in it when i opened it. They gave me another one that seemed like it was sitting or semi melted. It didn’t have the consistency of a cold frosty. Lastly while I was waiting for them to get it I could see that behind the counter was extremely dirty with food and trash all over the greasy floor. If that’s how they keep the environment they prepare food in, I’m not surprised why a hair was in my order. Don’t plan on going back.

Part of our meal was missing went into the store to get item they would not honor the purchase because I couldn't find the receipt as it was tossed normally eat here a couple times a week will never return they were rude and clearly don't value their customers I would avoid this location

It is hard to imagine how much magic and mystery can lie behind the doors of a fast food establishment, until you have been to this Wendy's of course. I have never felt joy like that first bite of that plentiful and juicy burger. Every bite felt like a step closer to God. Colors are more vibrant and people seem more beautiful in the Wendy's on baseline road.

My husband had mold on his breakfast sandwich. Tried to contact corporate but no response. Absolutely unacceptable for an establishment to allow something like this to slip let alone not respond. Hey corporate- contact us and show some customer service and maybe this review can change?

People working the closing shift are mean and wouldn't help customers find a solution if they had a problem with their orders. I ordered online and the dine-in area was closed when I went to pick up my food. I asked some of the 9 people sitting around if they could hand me my order and they said I should go in my car to the window. If I don't have a car there's no solution available. No customer service or help spirit in this store.

Guy with the drive through headset stared at me through the window while. Mopping, took atleast 5 minutes to acknowledge that I has been sitting at the drive through. Was unapologetic about it. Then they Messed up my order. Disappointing, not to be unexpected at fast food places but the staring out the window really got under my skin.

I placed an online order for Taco Bell and accidentally walked in here instead, asking for the order under my name. They were nice and told me the order didn't exist and then it finally clicked in my head that I wasn't in Taco bell. Anyways, they were nice about it and I'm sure the food is good. Please save me from my embarrassment
