How hard can it be to get the 1 item I ordered right? I ordered a large chili with hot sauce and sour cream, I’m given a small with no hot sauce and the chili was ice cold. Last week I ordered medium frosties and I was given smalls. Is the owner purposely trying to tip people off and make them sick?

If you’re going to accuse me of not ordering something then they should show me the receipt that shows I didn’t. 45 minutes and we are g l arguing if I ordered a chili and frosty. Come on man! Why would I come in from the drive in and ask for it? Gave the recipe but of course no apology! I wondered why I quit going there. Now I remember!

The food at this Wendy’s was fresh, hot, and tasty—no complaints there. Service was about average; the staff were polite enough, though not especially quick or attentive. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms left a lot to be desired. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathrooms clearly needed more frequent attention. With better upkeep, this location could match the quality of the food.

Before 830am and they’re out of biscuits! You’d think they’d be willing to use a muffin instead for the special but no, cant make it right for the customers.

I come to this Wendy’s Often. The food is always hot and good! However today at 3pm I ate inside dinning and the restaurant was very untidy. My table was sticky, and dirty other tables in the area were the same. The restaurant was very slow so someone could have cleaned the dining area before or during my visit. I remained inside for over 20 minutes with no change.
