Ordered a medium #1. Was given a large. Asked to get a medium. Was told I ordered a large. Asked to speak to the manager, she said they ran out of medium cups, and that's why I got a large one. Because I was being told I ordered a large, I asked for a receipt, and sure enough, I was charged for a large.

The store manager herself literally lied to me to try to hide illegally up-charging me for food I didn't want. Wendy's is the only fast food I eat, but I'll never go back to this one again. A bummer because this is on my way to/from work.

This is about the fourth time I have gotten off work late and need to stop for food on the way home. Everytime it is 10:45PM and there is a massive delivery truck blocking the drive thru, and they refuse to move.
Apparently, Wendy’s closes early if they have a delivery! I do not recommend trying to go here past 10:30 PM as you will be unable to order.
I’m writing this in their parking lot as I cannot order food at 10:50 when They close at 11.

The manager was rude as could be to her only English speaking worker. As I watched this I witnessed at least 5 food safety violations she seemed to take zero attention to. When I brought them to her attention she told me I didn't have to eat there...done and done. She should be more considered about the health and safety of the people paying her paycheck (the customer) The raw hamburger was left on the counter in front of the grill the whole time I was in line, but cooking was handling raw meat then the spatula wout gloves or washing his hands, drive through workers were handling money then fixing the fries and fry basket without gloves or washing their hands... better have an iron stomach if you eat there

Extremely rude, old, and rundown lady at the drive through would not let me ask for sauce even though I was fully willing to pay. Literally cutting me off mid order to claim “i won’t fill your cupboard”. Disgusting behavior.

Every time I try to get breakfast on my way to work at 9 I go inside and nobody is there to take my order. I wait for 10-15 minutes even raising my voice to get someone from the back to take my order. I eventually have to leave without any food or be late for work. They open at 6 but even at 9 the place looks like it’s not even open yet. They need to get new employees that actually want to work. I like the food a lot but the service is horrible.

I stopped here every day for breakfast and coffee. The food is always the same no complaints. The service on the other hand is awful and you can definitely tell that the staff does not care one bit. They open at 7 AM but was there at 8 o’clock yesterday and they hadn’t opened yet Went back again today At 8:35 and again they were not open they seem to be having a very bad staffing issue, and it is greatly affecting their service and quality

Yes, ya. This Wendys has it going on. The food is prepared to perfection, then placed in the bag with care and concern. I actually came in for breakfast, and Christina helped me with complete professionalism. I was impressed with my total experience.
