Burger was delicious. Had mushrooms added which were tasty. So were the fries. Also got bone broth and an incredible strawberry shake!

Very good burger. Fries were fine, until I got towards the bottom of the basket, and then, unbeknownst to me, there was a yellow rubber band in my fries.

I brought my plate up to the cashier to make them aware of this...and nothing really happened.

Maybe if you are one of those folks that puts ketchup on top of your fries and then uses a fork to eat them, this rubber band could be missed and cause a real problem in someone's throat.

Really entitled teenage boy handed me my order. Didn’t seem to have any concept that women are paying customers in the same and equal way men are?? Really disturbing. Tell your teenage boys working here to not leer at women and treat women customers with decency 🤮

The atmosphere is nice and neutral, the service was pretty fast, and the food was pretty good.

I don't really care about the health stuff, but the burger was really well-seasoned, and the condiments were fresh and crunchy. The house lemonade was also pretty nice.
My only complaint would be the price, but I can tell that it went into some quality ingredients.

I went there pretty excited about the advertised concept. I ended up being rather disapointed by the food. Nothing was bad, everything was just meh.
I had a single burger with swiss and standard topings. I asked for ketchup and Dijon as my sauces, but didn't taste them at all - I suspect they messed up the order as there seemed to be some sort of mayo-saucy thing instead. There were probably too much toppings too, it would have maybe been a fine amount if I had opted for a double-patty.
Fries were fine but not great. The homemade ketchup tasted interesting, but wasn't really ketchup in my opinion.
Service was nice and pretty quick, particularly given how busy the place was.
Atmosphere/decor was nice.
I can't speak for the quality of the ingredients used at places like Five Guys or Shake Shack, but I'll be sticking with those places given the much better tasting food and since I only eat there very occasionaly.

Finally a fast casual burger place we can feel good about eating at! The grass fed beef is juicy and delicious and goes well with their standard sauce. Excellent crispy fries and not-too-sweet vanilla shake. Good selection of beer. Definitely our new go-to for a quick lunch or dinner.

Staff was not very friendly. The guy who took our order seemed annoyed with us. The fries we were given looked like they were the last crumbs of what was left at the bottom of a pan. All small pieces. Burger was fine.

The most natural burgers in Boulder. The food is said to be unprocessed and comes from local farms. Place where you build your own burger. There is not a great variety but the place is small and the product is local.
