The Full Moon and European Saison were phenomenal. Perfectly balanced. Both were some of best beers I’ve ever had for their respective types and worth the trip just for them. Not a fan of peach Bellfast which tasted a bit off.
Best brewery in Boulder by far. The beer is fantastic and the people are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. There is truly an option for everyone, including NA options.
This is a special kind of brewery that feels like you are kicking it with friends even when you’re there solo. I’ve never had anything less than a stellar time here. The food trucks are delicious as well. Bonus points for ample free parking!
What a great place! Their Lagers are top of the line. Service was excellent and the people I met were awesome. All around a great place to come for some beers and food.
Great spot to try high quality sour beers. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff
Dark lager never disappoints.
It’s hard for me to describe how much I hated my experience here despite the 3 stars. When I arrived, I couldn’t find my group. I looked around me at the nearby tables (which were taken) for a menu, QR code, or something with a beer list, but couldn’t find anything obvious so I got in line at the bar. The bar didn’t have any visible menus except right at the counter where the bartender was taking orders. I waited my turn and approached the bartender, informing him that I couldn’t find a menu or QR code before arriving at the bar. The bartender told me that there are QR codes at the tables (more on that later). I started scanning the menu in front of me and had a hard time interpreting it, because I’m a simpleton and don’t know what things like “honeysuckle and hay” tastes like. After not even 5 seconds (I didn’t make it through reading half the description of the first beer), rather than offer help, suggestions, or explain the concept of the brewery, the bartender asked me to step out of the line. Note that there were two adjacent lines, so they would have been able to keep people flowing. I hastily ordered the top-most beer on the menu I had barely started reading but saw the word “sour”, took my $12 tiny pour in a stemmed glass, and found my group. After sitting down, I finally found the menu at a table, which was simply a QR code in a small faux leather booklet that looked much like what the final bill comes out in. And unfortunately the experience didn’t get better because the music was so loud that I could barely hold a conversation with the people sitting right next to me, and I left the place with my ears ringing and my voice hoarse.
1 star because of the service, price, and extremely loud music
3 stars because the interior design was beautiful, the the sour beer tasted great, and they know how to move an ordering line quickly, I guess
If you like beer in fancy glasses, know what kind of barrel you want your beer to have been aged in, and like describing beer in obscure terms, then this is your place.
If you want to just drink a no-nonsense reasonably priced beer, maybe get some help from a friendly bartender, and be able to hold a conversation with your friends, you should steer clear.
Wonderful beer. Friendly people. Beautiful view of the snowcaps from the patio.
I really love four noses generally. This place seems less crowded than their other location which is nice and relaxing.
Amazing and interesting beers brewed on site as well as a good selection of more traditional brews from the main 4Noses collection. Low key vibe inside with a small outdoor seating area and some food trucks and night. My vote for the best beer and brewery experience in Boulder.
Something wonderfully out of the ordinary. The wild sours flight were wonderfully different. It took my palette a while to adjust but the different sour flavors emerged. The Czech half dark lager was excellent. The imperial bout damn time was the best of the six tastes. Nice way to spend a beautiful afternoon in Boulder.
Such a unique experience. The service and knowledge are both exceptional. I just love swinging by this place any time of year.

Great beer. Definitely Pricey.
A little weird location - in the middle of an industrial park. Nice to bike to though. Right off the bike path.
The Best ciders, sours, and beers 🍺. excellent vibe. Quality architecture. Amazing people who work here! 10/10 recommend!
Good variety of different types of beer. I tried 4 different ones and enjoyed them all. The sour I tried had a wonderful aroma and nice taste. Staff very helpful and friendly. I recommend a visit
Every time we come here it’s a fantastic experience. The beers are delicious, the dog-friendly patio is spacious, and their new food truck with Detroit-style pizza is incredible. It gets busy during the week with all the offices around but after a hike on a Sunday, you can have the entire patio to yourself. It’s amazing.
What a very nice and modern brewery. The paint and decor make it so relaxing. The staff was nice and friendly!! They have a great selection of beer.
