Like trying mead as a Canadian. The cinnamon and vanilla bean is a little harsh. I'd try boiling the cheap cinnamon sticks before putting them in the mead. The bark is quite harsh on the finish and I think it would soften it.“

“I bought the bottle of Rose at the farmers market, and my gosh is it good. One of the best rose’s I have had in a long time. Highly recommend, I’m sure if the Rose is this good, the others would be phenomenal.“
