The last three times we have purchased food from wing stop the chicken was cold. Fries were also cold, dripping in grease and mushy. This happened at both of our local locations. This was a frequent favorite of ours in the past but the food quality has tanked, seems like the younger generation of kids working these establishments don't care much about quality.

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Waited 30 min for food after placing the order at the counter. I asked the staff what was happening they was just sitting doing nothing in the back .

They just completely skipped cooking my food. At least they just refunded my money. Bummer definitely a staffing trubbel and manager trubbel.

They need structure and new staff

This business requires delivery drivers - uber eats, grubhub etc to fill drinks for delivery customers - this is explicitly against uber eats, grubhub etc policy and also unsanitary (we haven’t washed out hands etc), putting the business, driver and customer at risk

Nobody will ever answer the phone. 3 ppl working just looked at me when I arrived for my online order (bc you can’t place an order with more than 30 wings by phone) When I picked up my order tonight it was in two bags so i assumed it was correct. I got home & an entire $17 order was missing leaving us short on food. I tried to call to discuss my options & I’ve been on hold for 20 min
