Best steak in Breck
Overall, it is not worth the price of food. We had their bass and ribeye. Ribeye was good but bass, not so much. Service and atmosphere were lacking. For the price, I was disappointed that all sides were separately priced and not included with dish. It was our 28th anniversary and just didnt feel special. Just my 2 cents.
I would first like to say our server was great and the dining room was extremely clean and classy. Unfortunately the food was just not up to par with the pricing. I ordered a the 8oz filet cooked medium and it came out completely burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. A woman a table over sent her filet back twice this night as well. My wife ordered a New York strip and it was cooked to order but lacked in flavor. We got the mashed potatoes and mushrooms and they were just okay, nothing special. The Caesar salad was honestly the highlight of the meal. I expected more for $300+ with a tip. Worst $70 steak I’ve ever had.
Me and my fiancé always struggle to find good above and beyond steakhouses in Breckenridge! I must say this place absolutely hit the mark for food quality, service, and the welcoming atmosphere. The steaks were tender and the sauces were amazing… The Oscar style is a must try. This was for my fiancés 28th birthday and she was very happy.
I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family!
Truly deserving of 5 stars. We have gone here for years. You are greeted upon entering by the nicest staff. When seated, the drink list is A+. You order off of a small but exquisite menu. One that has been perfected. We have had buffalo, pork chops, chicken, salmon, etc. All have been the best. The plating is gorgeous. The rosemary sourdough is whimsical. My son ate broccoli, and he hates broccoli. It is pricey, but an atmosphere for everyone and a meal that is memorable.
Steak was awesome!! With whipped golden Yukon and mac n cheese!
Long time great resteraunt, historical landmark, great place!!!
We love the bar menu here but bear in mind that everything is on the pricier side, no matter what it is. I honestly prefer the bar menu lamb tandoori to most of the dinner menu.
Amazing food, bourbon and atmosphere. Jack took exceptional care of my wife and I on our wedding anniversary.

We visited Saturday night 10/19/24. I want to start by saying our server was the bartender as we sat in the bar and she was fantastic! She was top notch on her A game. That’s where it ends.. it is absolutely absurd that this place is allowed to charge the amount of money they charge and serve the nonsense they served us. We were visiting from out of town and thought we would pop over to Breckenridge for a nice dinner. We started with crab cakes which were incredibly small. I’ve had many different steakhouses before and I just thought maybe this is how they did it here, no big deal. My girlfriend ordered the petit filet and I ordered the NY strip, both ordered medium. We ordered the mushrooms, the mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese (critically acclaimed Mac and cheese). Our steak was brought to us on a plate that was swimming in juice from the steak. Usually a steakhouse that charges $100 a plate lets the beef rest before plating it to avoid things like this, as the blonde woman who delivered the plate brought it over, as she sat it down In front of me the juice spills out on to my napkin. The cook? Atrocious. There were charred edges all around the steak, at one point I had to remove a burnt piece from my mouth, something I’ve never done before at a high end establishment, and when cutting into the steak it was almost as if the beef came from Walmart rather than USDA prime or whatever nonsense they advertise it as. The mushrooms? Bland and extremely underwhelming. The potatoes? Great consistency but terrible flavor. The mac? Pretty good but honestly I don’t see what all the commotion is about, it’s nothing that hasn’t been done. Our bartender, who again was amazing, removed the mushrooms from our bill because she knew we weren’t pleased, she did a fabulous job. However our final bill was over $200 and I can assure you I would not willingly pay $40 for the food I consumed this night. I understand people have off nights, but to be a high end steakhouse in an affluent city like Breckenridge, I expect a much better final product than this.

Underwhelming for the price. Colorado chicken juicy, but bland. Lyonnaise potatoes dry. Service was great . Disappointed by the meal for our anniversary occasion.
