In all my 25+ years of coming to Breck, we have always, always stopped to get crepes. All of my patronage, all the money and all of my referrals will now end. This was our last visit. The forced 18% gratuity when we have no tables to sit at, no actual person taking my order, no real interaction with anyone... no. Then to add a 3% fee for credit cards, but not charge for debit cards, yet not offer to take CASH, CASH as payment. And on top of that to ask at the kiosk when ordering for an additional tip?! You have got to be kidding! Bye Bye Crepes!
Been here two years in a row! We had the banana foster crepe and this year tried the s’mores!! Both AMAZING!! The perfect sweet treat to end the day in Breckenridge 10/10
Overpriced and overcooked definitely not worth it. It’s used be much better in the past idk what changed. Very disappointed

I came here with my lovely partner and he loves to ask what the employees favorites are. We ended up getting the Breck Ribeye with garlic aloli substitute and it was a meal from the GODS. 12/10 and friendly service in a beautiful place. Anyone who puts a 1 here had a bad day that was not associated with the character of this establishment.

This place was so satisfying we went twice! Ask the servers what to order… they know what’s up ?

The Brek Ribeye and the Steak Chimichurri were the most delicious crepes we’ve ever had ?

This place is the definition of a trap. 18% gratuity on every order. I'm not sure for what, as the service is basically non existent. You order yourself at a kiosk, and pick the food up yourself. You eat on a deck with one or 2 tables and chairs around a fire pit. There isn't even a roof. Additionally a 3% fee for credit cards... Oh and they don't take cash so it's basically another mandatory fee! In case you really want to punish yourself after ordering, the kiosk wants a tip too after finalizing your order! I guess since that's the "employee" that takes your order. Bottom line: $20+ per crepe is robbery.
Not good when a restaurant leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Dear owner: How about you just raise your prices instead of adding mandatory fees? It would be way less shady. You fooled me once, but never again. Hopefully this review will warn others about the shady business practices.
I won't be back.

Mandatory 18% gratuity to call my name and hand me a paper bag? And this resort fee of 2% and a credit card fee of 3%?
Awful, awful. And you don't learn about the 18% gratuity until you're close enough to read the little tiny signs above and on their ordering device (which you have to order on YOURSELF!). They don't even mention it on their website.
I should be giving 18% gratuity to myself.
Show some guts and raise your prices. Don't try to sneak these little fees in at the last minute. I'd get it a little if I was sitting down, but this was to-go.
And after I inserted my credit card, they have the gall to include a screen that asks you for a tip.
Proud to say that I told my friends about the gratuity and saved them from spending $50 + 23% at this place.
Edit: Notice how in their response to me they apologize for the "inconvenience caused by their gratuity policy"? Sure, yes, apologize for that, but they say nothing about how they snuck it in at the last second. That deserves an even bigger apology.

I went there on November 1st because it said it was open online, but it wasn't open for business and there was only this sign. I hope they fix this so that customers won't be disappointed.

Horribly expensive! A basic crepe costed me $20,they are charging 18% gratuity for no reason in addition to that there was nothing special in that

Best crepes ever! Gratuity is automatically included in your bill. I was not aware and tipped 40% the first time. But they deserve it! Food and service is great!

You are required to place your own orders on a screen (which is not intuitive). We had to ask for help 3 times. So did the other people in line. And then there is the Mandatory 18% gratuity + other fees.
Ends up being more than $20 a crepe.
Not a good experience.

I saw the crepe batter being mixed in a 5 gallon home Depot bucket with a heavy duty drill and a mud mixer. The person doing the mixing would let the mixer rest on the bottom of the bucket taking off thin plastic shavings that would later melt into the batter and subsequently in your mouth. Absolutely amazing and Alex thinks it's funny.
Dietary restrictions: I can't think of any good diets that include 5 gallon bucket plastic. I would recommend against it.
The crepes are delicious. I've only had the egg, bacon and cheese and the Nutella, and they were delicious! Today, however, because the self-service kiosk was busy, a human took my order. When I went to pay, I noted that a gratuity was already included. THAT'S NOT A GRATUITY! And I was about to hand the human a 25% CASH tip. I left instead.P.S. don't forget the charge to use a credit card because vacationers are flush with cash.
