We loved the sandwiches at this place! My friend and I split the grilled cheese and the BLT. Bread was fresh and ingredients were fresh and tasty. The gal who rang us up and made sandwiches was super sweet. Highly recommend!
Awesome hot pastrami sandwich, been getting it for years when it was Duggan‘s (sp?). Tastes like a bratwurst with good spicy mustard. Same size and bread was good too. Nice hard working family run operation. Sandwich is the Dee Dee.
With a simple sandwich, Downstairs Deli hits the spot. I was dining about 2 weeks ago, and enjoyed my sandwich, although it was lacking in sauce. It seemed the one I ordered was not fully prepared, but I could look past it for the flavor and quality of the sandwich.
