Server came to our table twice the entire time, once to take the order and once to cash us out.. Didn’t ask if we wanted drinks or anything. Had to flag down someone else to grab drinks and other items. They weren’t very busy. Food wasn’t the best. Burger was bland and patty tasted like a frozen patty. Had high hopes for this place and I always go into places with an open mind. Sucks I had to leave a less than stellar review.

Amazing cheese fries for appetizers. I had thw Bison burger which was really good. She had thw chili pepper burger and said it was delicious. Great rustic. Atmosphere.

I am so glad that Kenosha Breck didn't open on time. I'm super happy to have spent my money at Flip Side. The food is incredible. So many unique flavors. Get a plate of cheese fries with the chili ketchup. And if you have any affection for peppers, the Chili Pepper Burger is for you. Oh, and the service was excellent and not overbearing. Totally appreciated that.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. I didn't look at that tho.

Got a burger and fries to go and the bottom bun was rock hard. There was an audible crunch when I bit into it. The fries were also stale.

We picked flip side over empire for burger night because of the atmosphere. The place looks cozy and has a great beer selection too. The burgers were amazing, the bison one was tender and not dry, despite the lean meat, and the boursin and the mushrooms combined great with it. The flip side burger was good too, and the mushroom one looked delish. The sweet potato fries are recommended as well, the aioli that came with it was tasty.
Food was amazing! I really liked having so many gluten free options. They even have a dedicated fryer. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. Our server got our order, brought it out and didn't come back until she gave us the check. Offered my husband a refill in his iced tea "to go" since she never came back to check on us. It wasn't busy either. Other than that, it was great.

ordered a pad thai and I actually asked the waiter if it was spicy, he told me no, when it arrived it was quite spicy, my wife's burger was missing the layer of toasted cheese

This place has one of the best burgers I've had in awhile. Everything we got was delicious here and would recommend the onion rings too.. only downside was the service. Wasn't awful I just think the server was distracted too much. Took forever to get our check and any kind of help. It wasn't that busy when we went in either. Other than that the food is outstanding ?
