For those seeking an upscale yet thoroughly approachable dining experience that perfectly captures the essence of Colorado, Legends Steaks & Seafood delivers on every front.
🌟 The Experience
The venue offers a remarkably versatile layout to suit any mood, boasting both front and back outdoor patios, a welcoming bar area, indoor seating, and a private dining room. It’s an ideal setting for everything from casual gatherings to special occasions.
🍸 Happy Hour & Service
The Atmosphere: A fantastic spot to unwind. The diverse Happy Hour menu is impressively well-curated, offering something to please everyone even for our larger party of five.
The Hospitality: Exceptional service truly elevates the meal. Our waiter, Sean, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire visit, ensuring the table was seamlessly looked after.
An excellent destination for top-tier hospitality and great value in a beautiful mountain town setting. Highly recommended.
Service was great and a few items we ordered (lobster escargot, apps and sides like polenta and broccoli, drinks), were excellent. However the salmon my husband ordered was just ok and unfortunately my salad was extremely overdressed. Would definitely recommend going for apps and drinks, but the mains are a bit mid for the price

Best food i have ever had ever!
Fantastic. Best meal we've had out in Breckenridge in a very long time.
Few things: the steak? Overpriced and overcooked. Asked for medium rare and got medium well. Ordered a glass of wine, had hair in the glass, so I turned it back to get another just for the second glass to also have multiple hair follicles in it also. The Ribeye comes with asparagus and mashed potatoes, but it is literally one asparagus and 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes. For 60$ you would think you would get more! The waitress sat us outside and barely checked on us. Do not be fooled by the name, there are many other restaurants that are much much better for the price you’re paying.

First time dining there and wondering why it took us so look to find this gem of a restaurant. Guessing people here in Breckenridge like keeping it to themselves. Looking forward to returning.

The filets were perfect medium rare and tasted great especially paired with the demi. They were accompanied by a small scoop of mashed potatoes and one sprig of asparagus. Therefore, recommend getting shareable sides. Although it was paired with a specific mea, i.e., not on the menu, they allowed us to order the mushroom risotto and it was so creamy, lots of mushrooms and tasted great. The sautéed mushrooms were good. The fried Brussel sprouts weren't bad either. We enjoyed the Elk Cove Pinot Noir.
The French onion soup was different from any I've had at any other restaurant on the East coast or in the South or Southwest. I did enjoy the generous amount of cheese in the soup. The oysters Rockefeller were different from any other restaurant where I've ordered them (don't want to be too negative).

We absolutely loved our dinner at legends!
The only thing that confused us was the bison said it was served with broccolini but it seemed like Brussels sprouts. They were still great though!
Scallops were off the charts good!

Our local friend invited us here. We sat in bar area. Server was great. We had a couple appetizers, split an entree and glass of wine. Loved it.
Thank you.

We had dinner at Legends Steaks & Seafood with friends, and while the evening itself was enjoyable, the food did not meet expectations.
My wife and I both ordered the “Catch of the Day” (halibut at market price). Each plate was $52, and unfortunately both were severely overcooked—dry, tough, and easily the worst halibut we’ve had. At that price point, we expected a much higher level of quality and execution.
Given this experience, we would be hesitant to order seafood here again.

Fantastic atmosphere and food. One of the best in Breck…but, if somehow your order gets messed up and the bartender forgets to put it in, it’s your fault. Even after explaining to the bar manager that you are good, just honor the mistake, he is stubborn to a fault. Sometimes you get this from the service industry and this was the case here.

Plenty of great options for an excellent dinner in Breckenridge and Legends is right at the top. Greeted as soon as we walked in and sat through our reservation on a Sunday evening. Everything we ordered was delicious and our server was awesome! Very friendly environment overall. We had the crab & artichoke dip for an app (so good) and prime filets and salmon, with brussels, mac & cheese, asparagus, mashed potatoes & grit cakes for sides. Lots of options for spirits and a nice bourbon & wine list. Really cool old school decor on the walls with a beautiful bar. Definitely recommend & will return the next time I'm in Breck!
