The gumbo, seafood platter, and perfect portion sizes made for a yummy and satisfying meal—the shrimp gumbo is the best in the western US. The beignets are large, so plan accordingly. The restaurant has a great vibe and is highly recommended for a delightful dining experience. The etouffee is just as good as remembered, and the sample platter showcases their culinary wizardry.
