This place is great! The food is great and we had Mila as our server. She was thoughtful, split a dish for us without us asking and very professional. If you want delicious and comfortable in Breckenridge this is a place to go to.

This place does NOT serve “Mexican” food.
I am from Texas and we know Mexican food; both Tex-Mex, and true Mexican.
This was the worst “Mexican” food I have had in 59 years. It was horrid.
Their “salsa” was inedible. The green salsa was very “medicinal” tasting and bitter. The “spicy” salsa was just as bad. Their version of “pico” was not as bad as the other two, but also went un-eaten. It was sugary.
The fajitas, steak, were not as bad as the chips and salsa, but had no real flavor at all. Meat was not tough nor overcooked, it just did not have any flavor. The rice and black beans, which are always a favorite, were also uneaten.
The other dinner ordered was their tortilla soup. It was not horrible, but again just had no real flavor. It had that “out of a metal can taste.” About a quarter of it was eaten.
The entire meal was a huge disappointment, and at over 70 dollars, a waste.
I would never eat there again nor could I ever recommend it. It was bad. I mean really bad. If you know good Mexican food, if you love and enjoy good Mexican food, NEVER eat at Mi Casa.
I truly hate to give such a bad review, but I would never want anyone to spend 70 dollars for such bad food.
The service was ok. Nothing special, but ok.
But, you live and learn. We tried it, did not enjoy it at all, we left a decent tip, and left. No complaints lodged, just a lesson learned and passed on; but to each his own.

My family enjoyed the food, however, I did not. The tortilla chips were clearly cheap and from a bag. You can only order happy hour drinks at the bar, not at the table, which made no sense. Everyone was nice though and it was nice atmosphere

Has been my go to Mexican spot in Breckenridge for a decade. Whenever I’m in town I can count on some dank Mexican food with decent service and a great atmosphere to enjoy some tacos. During peak times of ski season they can usually get me seated quickly.

Great food and drinks were lit
Just ate here for dinner 6/19/25
Do not eat here 🤢🤮
I hadn't even finished my meal and felt very sick to my stomach. Not sure why it has so many good reviews. Chips and salsa are basic and the food quality is horrible and the presentation is bad. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have been throwing up since I left the restaurant. My son's burrito had peas in inside of it and meat was dry. I had the chicken flautas no good.
Excellent mid afternoon meal wide variety on menu
The food was so good, and the service was great. Awesome views sitting by the windows.
Great place to eat Mexican while in Breckenridge. Happy Hour was a lot of fun.

Service was awful lady didn't bring out silverware until we asked , she was talking to her coworker the entire time . When she finally came back to our table after talking to her coworker she didn't ask if we wanted refills , and then the place just adds a automatic 20% gratitudy that she didn't deserve and a 3% kitchen fee which I have never heard of . I would recommend casa Sanchez over this place if you want mexican food .

Was not mexican I have had Texmex that taste better . Fajitas were $26 for 5 pieces of shrimp and 5 to 6 pieces of chicken . Very little food for that price and barely had flavor . Tacos were ok and the best deal for the price . Salsa and chips were good . Service was ok . Basically were told to serve our own chips and salsa . Tip of %20 some 3% charge was added automatically for barely any service .

The Chili Colorado and Steak Tacos are phenomenal. The best queso in the county. Tons of amazing margs. My favorite drink is the Sunshine Sour. Super friendly bar staff! Highly recommend.

Breck Local Here,
Very disappointed in what Mi Casa has morphed into since its new ownership. Dick Carleton and Storm restaurants did it right. The new owners darastically reduced the menu, slimmed the portions and upped the prices. There used to be awesome music playing everywhere and now it is a quiet and weird environment. Servers all looked like they didn’t want to serve you and it was a chore to get there attention and even pay the bill
Got a burrito that was cold and dry. My wife got 2 tiny tacos and rice and beans for 20$. Your money is much better spent at Fiesta Jalisco if you’re looking for Mexican.
Utterly blown away how crappy this place is now. Avoid it so maybe it can go to a new owner who does a better job with the brand that was built.
