The place was empty when we visited but that's because it was late season, service was a little brusque but very capable. They more than made up for that with the food quality which was absolutely excellent. My vegetarian Pho was adorned with vegetables I had never seen in a pho bowl including yellow cauliflower, purple cabbage, green onions, and snow peas. These were all expertly timed for amazing texture.
Wow! Delicious 😋 I got the noodle bowl with chicken very good with the sweet carrots dressing. But I LOVE my husband’s brisket pho soup! My son loved the fried rice either way chicken.

I took the family to Keystone for snowboarding for the day and checked on Google for the nearest asian style restaurant and found this Vietnamese gem on Google. Khan served us and was refreshingly kind and sincere. She overheard we were celebrating my daughters 12th birthday and she came back with chocolate cake singing happy birthday with her name on the plate! We were sent out with giant smiles and warm wishes. We definitely have our Pho spot in Breck now! Please go here...
