Long time Pho Real fan, they'e added some delicious new items that make me feel like I'm back in Hanoi. Really like that this space is so much bigger. The old spot was counter service w/ and I saw complaints about service charges. No service charges here. but tip your wait staff people...come on. Aaaaaanyway we were happy with everything we had
I ordered a few things to go. There was what seemed to be two managers sitting at two separate tables with computers and even a printer on top, doing “office” work at prime dinner time. Atmosphere killer for sure. The lady manager was unfriendly. Made for a pretty uninviting environment, and I was literally just waiting inside to pick up food. The broth was only half way filled for a regular size and not very flavorful. Very disappointing. The chicken fried rice(with no chicken unless you count the egg) was NOT fresh by any means, it was more like a day old rice mash? And well if you like bean sprouts, then this is the place for you. Was hoping the new location would come with improvements. Don’t waste your money here! Maybe Gordon Ramsey could help out.
If you’re craving real pho, keep walking.
I don’t know what was more disappointing, the broth that tasted like it came straight from an instant packet, or the fact that they charged full restaurant prices for it.
Noodles were clumpy, meat was forgettable, and the vibe screamed “tourist trap.” If you’ve ever had actual pho from anywhere decent this place will break your heart and your taste buds.
Pho Real? More like pho-gettable.
It’s sad when a good place goes under new ownership. The Bahn Mi is so small now and barely any meat. Raised the prices and lowered the quality.
18 of us came in on their first night. They did not disappoint! Pho was superb. Fried rice may be best I've ever had. My kids loved the Bahn Mi and Boba. My husband tried the new cocktails and even though he can be picky...loved them. Staff seemed to be training but they killed it. We can be a lot.
Brought the entire family! Loved all we ordered. Had steamed buns, fried rice, pho and a noodle bowl. A+++++++
They moved to a new spot which is very bright and clean. We tried 2 of the signature cocktails on the patio, both AMAZING! the real star of the show is the pho, perfect broth. My kids split the bun cha and it was delightful as well. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I read about service charges, we had none so must have only been at the previous location.
Best pho broth I've EVER had!!! omg, I can't say enough good things about this place! My kids had the ramen and loved it. I love that they roll their own spring rolls. Ask for the chili sauce if you like lip burning flavor 10 stars!
I was here earlier this year. It was so good before that I couldn’t wait to have it again. I was so disappointed this time though. They have moved and the food is different. No more ordering at the counter and sitting down. Now it’s a sit down restaurant which includes tipping. I ordered 2 bhan Mi sandwiches for myself and my 3 kids to share. Instead of getting the $16 sandwich that we could split, we got a $16 half sandwich on a piece of crusty bread. It was so dry, my mouth is cut up. Such a waste of money. We spent $32 on 1 sandwich and couldn’t even eat it. The table and chairs were coated in a sticky wax coating that your legs and arms stuck to. Just gross. We are so very disappointed!
The spring rolls were the same as last time though. They were worth the $11.
Quick and tasty pho that hit the spot. I will definitely be back!

The price and service charge does not match the quantity of food you get.
The beef pho was amazing! The broth was delicious. Perfect spot for hot & cozy food on a snowy day

The order of Pho here is charged $2.00 per item needed into the soup, so I didn't order it. The menu on the website does not specify that each additional item's will be charged. I ordered fresh spring rolls and dumplings, ate, and went to other restaurants. The food was ok because it's not original Vietnamese cook or foods.
