I had this place 3 years ago and I’m thinking about how it’s the nastiest pho I ever had in my entire 25 years of existence

I ordered the fried rice with pork belly and crab rangoons online through toast. The fried rice was gross and I couldn’t finish it and I am not a picky eater. The crab rangoons were good but only came with 5. When using the online ordering menu it says it comes with 6. I went back and checked the physical menu they have images of on their website and that one does say they come in an order of 5. This is a small complaint but still annoying. Extremely disappointing meal for $45. I had originally justified thinking I would eat for two meals but I’m just going to throw most of it in the trash.

Nope, nope, nope. Barely greeted upon arrival. Sat us at a table with a dirty balled up napkin and bunch of crusty bottles and oily canisters no one bothered to wipe up. Should have left then. Server could not communicate clearly about the options and it wasn’t a language barrier — they were lazy. Food arrived and was incorrect. Took ages to track the server down to get it “right”. The ramen is gross… unless you love slimy, disintegrated seaweed all over your food. Plus it was damn ugly. Zero pride in any of it. Don’t go!

Service was incredibly slow, and they auto charged a 20% tip. Food was bland, cocktails were awful.

we came in, didn’t really know where to go when we walked in because there’s no front desk or anything and no host was helping us. got a table pretty quick, took a long time for them to even take our order or get water. boba drinks were SOO sweet kinda made my stomach hurt. food and appetizers took about 50 minutes to come out, appetizers ended up being brought out at the same time as our entrees. the waitress had an airpod in her ear and couldn’t even hear us asking for service. pho was okay, i only got two pieces of beef in my bowl.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but the owners of this restaurant seriously need to do things different here. The Pho is sadly the worst we’ve ever had. No flavor for $18. We were told by our server that there were no forks in the restaurant because “they had all gone missing” with less than 10 people eating in the restaurant and others next to us eating with forks. We then asked her multiple times to check again so we could eat our food that was getting cold. She grudgingly did but from that point getting any service was non existent. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere that will appreciate it.

People are awesome, I may have just hit them on a bad day. Appetizer was not cooked through, pho was watered down and I got 4 whole slices of rare steak. Great place, may just be a bad day. Service was great.

We really liked Pho Real when it was in the previous site and went there frequently. Granted, the site was too small which explains partially why they moved. However my experience today at the new site was a major disappointment. I know everything is going up in prices but for that to happen and have the servings shrink is not right. The portions of meat, basil and bean sprouts was minimal as was the amount of rice noodles, all likely half of what they used to be. Also, to not offer Soy Sauce, or hot tea was a disappointment in a cold climate. Good flavor still but not enough to override the other short comings. Too bad, we won’t be back.

If I could give this zero stars—I would…I rarely leave negative reviews. But I’ve spent over $50 on pho and gyoza… this is without a doubt—by far the absolute WORST PHO I have ever had. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. The pho broth literally tastes like boxed beef broth…very bland, I order beef and mushrooms in mine and they gave me TWO pieces of beef!! I paid extra for adding the mushrooms, so if I’m paying for BOTH there should be equal amounts. Honestly it wouldn’t have mattered much if they did put more beef in it, as it was so bland. The amount of noodles was very small too. DO MOT ORDER PHO from here! I am so disappointed that Breckenridge can allow this kind of restaurant to still be up and running… gross

Had the vegan pho with tofu (fried crispy like I love it) and vegetables. It was flavorful and perfect on a cold winter night!

We had a great experience at Pho Real, tried several appetizers- spring rolls and buns which were excellent. The Bun Cha, always my favorite meal when I lived in Vietnam was superb and authentic. The Pho was also very tasty, add all the fixings! Service was great.
