Very busy restaurant and lots of organizational problems. No host, no waitlist and crowd standing around all the tables waiting to be seated with no seats available. Got ramen for dinner which was not good, very oily and little flavor to the broth. Would not recommend eating at this place

Service was absolutely asinine. We had the very tall server with blonde hair. We waited 40 min only to see other tables that got their way after us served first. We didn’t even get our appetizers until we asked and the other table still got theirs first. To top it off the appetizers were cold, not even luke warm but cold. We came in with a few other people but were seated separately that’s how I can say for certain he forgot about us. They still got food before us and then he tried to charge us a mandatory tip because we were a “large party”, even tho we were seated across the room and not together. Which tbh is a vile tactic as a food service provider when you know you completely forgot about us. To try and tip yourself is embarrassing for this business and level of service . He didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us a reason for the wait or apologize until we asked how much longer and tried to blame the kitchen.

Pho Real A$$ Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
Our appetizers arrived cold, and after waiting 40 minutes for our pho, it never came out at all. At that point, we got up and left.
What made this even worse was that the staff still expected a 20% tip despite the extremely poor service.
Also is to note our server seated and brought out all the food for a larger party that arrived after us.
Overall, the service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This might have been an off day for them, but we have to review what we experienced. We ordered two pho bowls (rare steak and meatball) along with beef fried rice. For the pho, the meat portions were on the small side, the noodles were too soft (and thick - not usual thin rice noodles). Be aware that the meatballs are akin to the balls you’d get with spaghetti rather than the traditional sliced variety.
The fried rice was a bit better, though here again the meat was overdone and did not impress.
Perhaps the kitchen was rushed with a big party that was there at the same time, but if your claim is to make authentic Vietnamese cuisine— you need to hit the mark with the Phò.

if you haven’t tried a lot of pho, you will probably like this place. if you have tried good pho, it’ll probably rate from a 2.5-3.5 out of 5 stars depending on what u get.
at pho real, they use powders and seem to make it the day of. the broth doesn’t taste as rich, and is even a little gritty/powdery and very salty from whatever mix they use.
i’m from out of town and spoiled by the pho place near my house, where they simmer the broth for 24 hours. this one just felt cheap in comparison. definitely not the worst but definitely not the best.

Well after going to this place a year ago at it other location we were excited to come back but was disappointed. The dinning is small and the service was unacceptable. Food (Pho) was warm as the most and flavor was off. The shimp fried rice was good. For the price and service I doubt we will be back.

First impression, waited for the server to take our order. Place wasn’t even that busy. Table was left dirty after we asked them to please clean it. The waiter was just lazy. We walked out. Not sure how this place is running. They even took someone else’s order before us and they had gotten there after us.
The pho was covered in onions and barely any noodles or beef balls. For the price we should have got way more and not just onion tasting soup lol! Not worth the price at all. Almost $20. The thai tea was ok but not the greatest. Chicken fried rice also ok! So overall our experience was not very good! We payed almost $200! Not worth it. I can make it better at home. Sorry guys.

We are party 7 peoples, and we wait around 40minutes just for take order, and we wait until a hours more just for 2 cup beers and 6 cups waters, we try to Helping server to write down what we want to order, but eve appetizer not came out, its not busy but the service so terrible. I no need you said “sorry” even thousand time, other table come late and their order all done, i dont know how you guys running the business, just told everyone who read this review to think hundred times to come

We waited for over an hour for our food and in that hour didn’t get a single refill of water. The rice was crunchy and the pho was below average. The spring rolls were burnt. There were two other tables that were in there and left after not getting their food after an hour and a half. Poor service, gross food and not clean.

What an amazing place to eat! Our server, Julia, was so friendly and attentive despite being busy!!! I was so impressed. We ordered a couple of apps that were yummy. Gonna come back!
