I recently stopped in for some noodles during Oktoberfest! Boy was I amazed! The amount of food and service for the price point was amazing. The broth was flavorful and all the veggies were fresh. The staff was also very attentive and friendly! Can't wait to come back this winter!

Good food other than the pho , the only disappointment was the pho broth didn’t did not have traditionally prepared flavors. More like Swanson out of the box broth.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so impressively bad that I felt obligated to help others avoid the same mistake.

We came in mid-day a few days ago. The service? Friendly, sure. If you don’t mind being completely ignored for long stretches of time.

Then came the drinks. I’m honestly still trying to figure out what they were supposed to taste like, because they were not good.

As for the food… where do I start? The ramen was a tragedy. Frozen or canned vegetables just tossed in, like someone emptied out a sad pantry and called it a day. I’ve made better ramen at home from a $1 packet. The chicken was so dry it was inedible.

We also tried the pho, which somehow managed to be even more forgettable. The broth was so sweet. Yet bland. Like someone waved a beef bone near hot water, sprinkled in some sugar, and called it authentic.

Needless to say, we won’t be back. I wish them the best, but unless a total overhaul happens, this place is beyond saving

I was here a year ago and loved it. I went back recently and they changed locations. It also seems like the quality of the food changed. I was with a party of 6 and we all hated our food. None of the vegetables were fresh. They also had the consistently of being frozen or coming out of a can. The food was tasteless. It was very disappointing. I’m not sure if the management changed when they moved locations but I’ll never go back.

Did take out. Food was tasteless. Veggies were steamed from frozen veggies. Terrible. Didn’t even eat it. Threw it out. Last year this was my favorite place. Don’t know what happened but awful today.

This was really bad. The fresh spring rolls had no flavor and old ingredients. The bun cha came out with a huge bowl in the center with a small amount of sauce in it and a tiny pile of old vermicelli on the side. The meat and herbs on the side were okay. Not enough quantity of food. Bland atmosphere.

Got the pho and I don’t know what happened but the quality dropped significantly. Vegetables were either canned or frozen. Sprouts were soggy and rotting. They didn’t use pho noodles. They were more like pad Thai noodles. The basil was all black. The chicken was burned and dry. It took us a long time to get our food and it was empty. This place used to be so good. The other dishes were pretty mediocre too but the pho was truly messed up. Weird for a place with pho in its name. To top things off, we were overcharged for chicken. May try them again sometime later but it will be a while.

Ordered ramen. Tepid and most certainly not ramen. As a local, I understand food prices in summit county, $27 after tip is our out line for an inferior product

The food was wonderful, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Our server, Peter, came to check on us often. I was never disapointed and I hope to go again.

Long time Pho Real fan, they'e added some delicious new items that make me feel like I'm back in Hanoi. Really like that this space is so much bigger. The old spot was counter service w/ and I saw complaints about service charges. No service charges here. but tip your wait staff people...come on. Aaaaaanyway we were happy with everything we had

I ordered a few things to go. There was what seemed to be two managers sitting at two separate tables with computers and even a printer on top, doing “office” work at prime dinner time. Atmosphere killer for sure. The lady manager was unfriendly. Made for a pretty uninviting environment, and I was literally just waiting inside to pick up food. The broth was only half way filled for a regular size and not very flavorful. Very disappointing. The chicken fried rice(with no chicken unless you count the egg) was NOT fresh by any means, it was more like a day old rice mash? And well if you like bean sprouts, then this is the place for you. Was hoping the new location would come with improvements. Don’t waste your money here! Maybe Gordon Ramsey could help out.

If you’re craving real pho, keep walking.

I don’t know what was more disappointing, the broth that tasted like it came straight from an instant packet, or the fact that they charged full restaurant prices for it.

Noodles were clumpy, meat was forgettable, and the vibe screamed “tourist trap.” If you’ve ever had actual pho from anywhere decent this place will break your heart and your taste buds.

Pho Real? More like pho-gettable.
