Cold snowy day and pho sounded great. It was good, albeit a wee bit salty. My partner ordered rice bowl that ended up way too spicy. The real issue is that a 15% service charge was added WITHOUT NOTICE. Only when the bill came up looking super high did I ask to see the details again and I noticed a service charge. Now the option to tip another 15, so, or 25% still comes up! And this place does not offer table service. Only counter. All in all, avoid.

Ive eaten at a lot of Pho places- but this place has the best Pho I've ever eaten! Excellent flavor! Spring roll, fried and undried, were also great. Service great. Highly recommend!

Vegan pho is the best I’ve had in the country. There’s definitely lemongrass in it. And it has that oily savory texture. Why does this place not have 5 stars? Probably white people being like it’s spicy.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free

My go to stop for good quality pho in the area. Love how fast the service is and how much you get for the price.

I was really hungry since I had been skiing all day. So I was walking and I saw this place. Went inside and ordered a regular pho. The small is $14.50 and the regular is $16.50. I got the regular (not very big ) and I got charged a $3 service fee and they still wanted me to pay a tip!! I got my food and honestly it wasn’t that great. The noodles were really soggy and it didn’t have a lot of flavor. For a $20-$23 Pho I would not recommend it.

Great food and service. Reasonable prices, especially for a resort town. My daughter said it was the best tofu she has ever had.

Great Pho, my wife’s favorite, no way it should be a 3.9 other than maybe be crowded… BECAUSE IT IS GOOD!!!

The pho is good but other options looked unappealing. The restaurant also charges a “service charge” of 15%, which they only reveal once you order and are paying. The service charge is effectively a tip despite the fact that you order at the counter much like a fast food restaurant. In short, the owner seems unwilling to pay his own employees and prefers to pass the cost on to his customers surreptitiously. At least have the courtesy of adding the cost to the menu rather than throwing it on consumers last minute.

Food was cold, meat tasted old and beef pho had very little flavor. We left our food barely touched and walked out it tasted so bad.

They charge “service fees”. They don’t show on screen unless you ask for print receipt. Be careful and don’t end up paying service fees and tips.Place was not welcome. When we walked in 2 staff were playing their phones. Didn’t stop until we walk over to order. As for pho. They shouldn’t mix the veggies with the Pho in advance. Not the proper way of serving!$10 for 4 SMALL spring rolls. Unbelievable over priced
