Great hospitality, great staff, great food. Chad at the bar is a reason in itself to make a visit, he knows is his stuff and is genuinely enjoyable to be around. Dine here, you wont regret it.

Listen up, WE OUT HERE AGAIN ???. I chill here HARD. My boy , Josh, always helps me select some top end SPAGHETTI wine. Josh is THE MAN. The whole crew at Radicato, the BOMB. Best pasta. Best dessert. Top end wines, up to $700. Knowledgeable staff. All you can ask for !

What a wonderful addition to the Breck restaurant scene. This wonderful elevated Italian restaurant is down to earth with a creative and perfectly executed menu. Make sure to save room for the olive oil cake for desert!

We don’t often eat out in Breckenridge because things can be expensive and just ok. Not at Radicato, we’ve eaten here twice and it’s been amazing both times. The risotto is phenomenal, salads and apps so good and of course the handmade pasta is great. The butterscotch bundino is a staple for a reason. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the opportunity to snag a hard to get reservation at Radicato. This small, trendy restaurant is in the space formerly occupied by the restaurant Relish in downtown Breckinridge. Excellent service, great wine and food. The only specific complaint is how loud and noisy it is. Relish was very loud as well. And you have to be prepared and expecting an expensive meal and trendy, out of the ordinary menu items. Out of my comfort zone for noise and so pricey that it is a special occasion sort of dining experience for me.
What a great experience. We chose the a la carte menu and shared a couple of appetisers, some of the lovely home made pasta dishes, an entree and dessert. We also tried some cocktails and a Amari flight. Everything tasted fantastic and the service from Michael was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again.
This is arguably the best meal that my friend and I have ever had! We have both been to Italy multiple times as well as little Italy in New York and the meal we had here was arguably the best. We had an appetizer, 2 different pasta dishes and each one unbelievably delicious! Atmosphere was vibrant, an easy 5 star rating!

Terrible service. Food quality is absolutely not worth the $$$. I couldn’t taste anything past the amount of salt in my dish. This place is not even remotely comparable to Rootstalk!Smallest wine pour I have ever been served at a fine dining establishment. Server was abrasive, rude, condescending. He was clearly annoyed by the allergies in my party, didn’t care to explain the menu or have a conversation about our options. When asking about celiac modifications, we were met with resistance and a dismissive attitude.Go to Rootstalk instead, you’ll be treated with kindness and respect there. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Went to celebrate an early birthday. The staff all signed a card and made me feel very celebrated with a sweet dessert at the end. Along with great service the food was so delicious. Had the carpaccio (pictured), and cauliflower to start. Split cavatelli and filet (pictured). All of the food was so delicious. The pasta had so much flavor and the noodles themselves were devine. This was my favorite meal in Breckenridge. Food is priced well for what you get! Had a tequila cocktail and old fashioned along with a nice orange wine. Finished the meal with tiramisu and espresso. Had a lovely view from the restaurant.
