I had the privilege of eating at Rootstalk with Team Vermont is competing in the snow sculptures. We had an incredible meal that will go down as one of the best meals I've ever eaten. We went here for our 45 wedding anniversary and they treated us like royalty! It’s our first visit to Breckinridge and they truly represented their community well. My family of 4 dined at Rootstalk late Friday night this holiday season, and we could not have had a better experience. They offer non-alcoholic options on the beverage menu, along with a few vegetarian options. All the items we ordered were beautifully balanced, flavorful, and delicious. The staff was attentive and welcoming. I would love to return in the future for another special occasion.
