Rootstalk is perfection in every form. From plate, to cozy atmosphere, summer patio, creative cocktails and of course the kindest staff. It’s the whole package and your tastebuds will crave the seasonal menus. These guys know how to run an award winning restaurant and that’s what makes it the most popular and longest running fine dining restaurant in Breck. Their sister restaurant Radicato, mountain Italian, is our other favorite. This restaurant group supersedes all others...
A superb 7-course tasting menu with impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. Make reservations early and ask lots of questions. Everyone was highly knowledgeable and friendly.
This place is a must try! They were simply amazing from the service, to the drinks and of course the food. Everyone was super kind, and very thoughtful when they found out we were celebrating. The entire experience was such a treat. We had so much much trying their “bites,” and we were so torn between the tasting menu or just ordering from the menu of the season. You really can’t go wrong! We enjoyed every single bite- the octopus, steak, duck…everything was amazing. Beautiful...
