We saw this place while walking around Breckenridge and decided to get coffee. The guy taking my order, Loran, was nice and I tipped 20%. When I got to the pickup counter, I asked for a straw, to which the woman said “yes, I hate turtles too.” I’ve never had a customer service person make me feel bad about asking for an item they have in their store. If they’re so against straws, why even have them in the cafe? The comment was just uncalled for after I had done nothing but be nice. I also want to add, the lattes were below average. I will not be returning.
