I’ve really been wanting to try this place since it changed ownership. The google hours say open til 2. I went by at 1:45. The order window was open, and they say they are closed. Bummer.

I put in probably the most ridiculous order for a loaded, customized piece of sourdough bread. Not only did they have it done ASAP, the order was exactly right. Bless u all for sating my deranged cravings!

There’s no seating, inside or out so plan on dressing warm and taking your stuff with you.Really tasty offerings, lotsa vegan options to choose from, even vegan cream cheese!I got a vegan breakfast burrito which was awesome considering the lack of vegan food in Breck.Will def return.Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegetarian options, most can be made vegan too.Dietary restrictions: Lots of Vegetarian options and Vegan options, even carnivore options- something for everyoneParking: Parking on the street, paid depending on day and time.

Great little spot to grab n go! We visited in the winter, but it was worth waiting for. I had the blueberry banana nut muffin and it was amazing. My husband had a burrito and loved it.

We stopped here for a treat while walking down Main Street, and we couldn’t decide between zucchini bread or carrot loaf. They gave us both for the price of one, and told us to let them know which we liked best! The group was split on which was better, both were delicious! We enjoyed the food so much, we came back with an order for 6 the next morning before hitting the road to head home. Everyone loved their food and drinks, we will absolutely return here next time we’re in Breckenridge. Service is very friendly and quick!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I am so happy I found this place. If you are plant based, whole30, vegetarian/vegan this is the place for you. Conveniently located a block from the south and north gondola lots, this shop offers breakfast and lunch. I have tried both the vegan burrito and chickpea bagel sandwich and both were exceptional. The food is made fresh to order so it can be 5-10 minute wait depending on the amount of orders... but the wait is worth it, I promise. The storefront is an unassuming and you order from the window along the side of the building.

Coffee was great, we had a mocha and a cappuccino. Wonderful on their own and a breakfast burrito to go with it! Only outside seating, luckily the table was in the sun (perfect for an October morning).

Sometimes my wife and I wonder if the REAL reason we come to Breck is not the skiing, boarding, leaves changing, beauty... but really to have burritos at Semplice!! Seriously, we wake up bolt upright and say, each morning here, "do you think Semplice is open yet?" I'm going to say it here finally: "best. burritos. ever." We have tried just about all of them and they each astound us even more. Their coffee is awesome also and, in and of itself, a reason to go. And, like every mountain town, restaurant folk may tend to get a tad grumpy. But, NOT here! Always warm, patient, and fun. The owner sets the tone and all follow. So, just go. (Btw, they open at 07:30 today... I have to figure out what to do for the next 20 mins. Darn it.)-"Bald Guy"
