Christmas Day. Stood in line for 20 minutes in store only to watch The barista angrily take orders and make rude side comments to customers. I also watched the Barista humiliate the last couple she serviced and blamed them ordering 30 drinks for the reason she wasn’t gonna be able to service the rest of the people in line. The young female customer appeared to wanna cry!!! The barista was exaggerating their order then rudely tells everyone waiting in line that they were closed. This was an upsetting experience and had never had such an experience. Barista should had not gone into work if she didn’t wanna work.

99% of the time, the drive-through service and items are great. We rarely go inside because we are typically going to work or going home,so I can't rate the atmosphere. Zander, Jacqueline, and all others at the window are always pleasant as of late. We enjoy seeing them.

I ordered my coffee on Saturday morning. It took 15 minutes for one coffee and then another 10 to get the second order when I ordered all at the same time my food I ordered was cold and the service was terrible. Very rude staff the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
