We came here early on a weekday during the summer so we had the place to ourselves! The bartender/owner is super nice and made me a mocktail even though they’re not on the menu. My husband got the necromancer and enjoyed it! The space and vibe is cozy.

Drinks were awesome and Lisa was a phenomenal bartender. They had a dartboard, best cocktails we had in Breck and a delicious espresso martini. Absinthe was a really fun experience. They also had a cool selection of board games!

Tried my first absinthe drink and besides being $28, it was just like I wanted it too be. Bartender melted the sugar cube and water dripped into my green fairy liquor. Can't taste licorice either

The absinthe cocktails were delicious! However, the service was far from. We only saw our server once the entire night and had to go up to the bar for most of it. The crowd can get rowdy as it gets later, so if you just want a drink or so I’d recommend between 5-7!

Used to come here all the time one vacation. The new bartenders they added turned this place depressing, if your going to have a bar in the dark basement at least make sure the bartenders are not an arguing couple or at least keep the bar clean.

The Absinthe Bar was better than we could have expected. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable with the featured cocktails and very friendly, made us feel right at home. She gave some great recommendations and offered great banter. Cocktails were fantastic--maybe I am an absinthe fan now?! The vide was speakeasy-esc with low lighting and good music. Definitely worth checking out!
