We had a great experience at the Carlin. No reservations, but got a seat at the bar for HH. Great specials. The Salmon was excellent along with everything with it. The hush puppies were delicious, and the fish and chips also good. Our service was top notch from the bartender. Def worth stopping in here. We'll be back.

WOW this place is a non negotiable dinner spot when visiting Breck. Each dish I tried was absolutely amazing and the seafood was SO fresh. I’m from Florida and was shocked by how fresh the seafood was considering it’s the mountains. The oysters were better than any I’ve had on the coast. All of the staff were so genuine and cared deeply about our dining experience. Our server Jenny, the manager Scooter, and the executive chef all made this a truly special experience. I can’t recommend it enough!

Scooter the manager and Josiah the chef were especially personable and you can tell everyone who works there takes great pride in what they do. Only been here for HH, came in for dinner and was not disappointed. The dynamite shrimp are a must and the short rib and Brussels were great too. We ordered martinis and they have these great blue cheese stuffed olives I highly recommend. Definitely coming back!

Our server, Jack was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. He knocked every recommendation out of the park. We’ll absolutely be coming back.
