Pretty good! We enjoyed our first visit this week, and while it's not the top of our list, we might come back one day. It's a cool, modern/basic spot, with friendly stuff and good food options. We tried the sirloin and the fish and chips. Both dishes were pretty good.
All of the gluten free options are clearly marked in the menu.

The Carlin came to me as a recommendation from a coworker and it really hit all the marks. We went to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have been happier. The drink special of the night was a delight for my wife and the appetizer of homemade biscuits was the perfect way to open it up. Following the biscuits was the shrimp scampi for myself and the pork shank for my wife. Both hit that part of the soul that only good food can quell. Needless to say, "seafood in the mountains" and the name Carlin should go hand in hand. Everything we tasted was spectacular and the staff was polite and very respectful!
Dietary restrictions: The waitress asked if we had any and then passed them along to the chef as needed.
Parking: There is insight parking. Just ask the host/hostess for information.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp - yes Inside easy - Yes, could be a bit tight at times but overall yes.

Great food and great people who treat their co-workers like family. We came in without a reservation at 7:30 on Saturday night and were able to find 2 seats at the bar. We shared the very tasty Zuppa Toscana (sausage and potato soup), shown in the photo with a halibut and green onion dip (in the background) served with sourdough or gluten free bread. Sorry, we ate the dip before the photo was taken. It was so good! The Carlin’s Raw Bar is popular, so we tried a few oysters, which were amazing. The selection changes, but I’ve included a photo of the Raw Bar menu that we ordered from. The staff was friendly and fun. It was a wonderful night out, and we will definitely go back.

We started the evening at tavern where Chase, our bartender, made us fantastic cosmos and manhattans. Chase and Brian were very attentive and funny! We then dined in the restaurant and OMG! The cod was a little taste of heaven. The pea risotto was fabulous. The food overall was amazing. Our server, Kristin was great. Can’t wait to go back!!!

We had an amazing time dining here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The oysters and drinks were top notch, and the pork was fall off the bone tender. The shrimp scampi was a nice size and not too rich. We will definitely be coming back!

First time here. The occasion was our 22nd wedding anniversary. The menu had a nice variety of seafood focused food. My wife's black cod was great. They over cooked my Mahi and it was super chewy and terrible so I sent it back (which I never do). So...my wife had a nice meal while I sat and waited for my replacement of black cod. It was good. They gave us $15 off for the inconvenience. While the staff was super nice and apologetic, the small discount didn't really make up for the experience. I expect more from a fine dining restaurant. Overall is was decent.

The Carlin is becoming one of my favorites in town. It's a bit pricey, but that's Breckenridge. If I had to complain about anything, it might be serving martinis in old-fashioned cordial glasses—no. no, no and, while we're at it, let's stock big, plump queen olives, perhaps stuffed with blue cheese or garlic or even anchovy.

What a gem of a restaurant! Beautifully designed and very comfortable. We opted to be seated outside since it was such a beautiful evening. Every single employee we encountered were so friendly and nice. My husband and I were starting with items from their happy hour menu and every one we ordered was delicious. A nice spice and kick on the dynamite shrimp, the fall apart goodness of the biscuits and the perfect fry on the grouper fish and chips. Our waiter Jordan took excellent care of us. Plus the music (Dean Martin & friends) was perfect for our evening out. Keep up the fab work!

The food is incredible. The sea food tower is a must. I am so beyond happy this is an option here in summit. Take my money- I will be back once a month. Oyster selection is on point- Buttery goodness. I have to come back for happy hour.
This is my new favorite restaurant in summit hands down (and I am very picky).
And of course, we had great service by our server Birdy. She was as excited about how good the food is as I was.
