We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday at The Carlin in Breckenridge, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Set right in the heart of town, the location made it easy to enjoy a sunset stroll through charming streets before and after dinner, the perfect setting for a special evening. We had a great experience at the Carlin. No reservations, but got a seat at the bar for HH. Great specials. The Salmon was excellent along with everything with it. The hush puppies were delicious, and the fish and chips also good. Our service was top notch from the bartender. Def worth stopping in here. We'll be back.
WOW this place is a non negotiable dinner spot when visiting Breck. Each dish I tried was absolutely amazing and the seafood was SO fresh. I’m from Florida and was shocked by how fresh the seafood was considering it’s the mountains. The oysters were better than any I’ve had on the coast.
