We had a great experience at the Carlin. No reservations, but got a seat at the bar for HH. Great specials. The Salmon was excellent along with everything with it. The hush puppies were delicious, and the fish and chips also good. Our service was top notch from the bartender. Def worth stopping in here. We'll be back.
WOW this place is a non negotiable dinner spot when visiting Breck. Each dish I tried was absolutely amazing and the seafood was SO fresh. I’m from Florida and was shocked by how fresh the seafood was considering it’s the mountains. The oysters were better than any I’ve had on the coast. Food was fantastic, our server was Jenny and she was great, walking us through each dish we ordered and giving great recommendations. Scooter the manager and Josiah the chef were especially personable and you can tell everyone who works there takes great pride in what they do. The braised short rib pickled mussels and hush puppies were must tries.
