Tin Plate Pizza in Breck offers unique cocktails and the best bruschetta ever. Their pizza, especially the gluten-free option, is amazing. The Strawberry Shortcake dessert is a must-try. The staff is accommodating to special dietary needs, like dairy and gluten-free options. Service is great. The food was excellent and the service superb. They have a lunch special for $25 that includes an appetizer, a small pizza and a dessert. Tin Plate's sourdough-based pizza crust makes for some of the most delicious pies. The white pizza with some honey for dipping is highly recommended. They also have a wonderful summer salad and enjoyable tiramisu dessert. The sourdough crust is loved, with fun, unusual toppings and extras. Asparagus soup and Caesar salad were also good.
