What can I say about this wonderful restaurant. My daughters and I ate there twice in one week. From the service and knowledge of the staff to the food, it was a 10! We come up to Breck at least 4 times per year, this will alway be our first choice. Try the trout, truffle pasta, the cheese boards, and the wonderful mussels that were in a sauce that rivals my Italian mom. We will be back and thank you!
Relatively small, we really enjoyed our meal at Twist. My wife chose the trout as a main course and got two large trout fillets encrusted with almonds - tasted really nice. I had the chicken on polenta, also very nice.
The only thing we found slightly disconcerting - a little drafty - we asked them to close a window, which they did, non the less others were open and apparently didn’t affect the other diners.

Everything was fine except the wine. Although it tasted fine, they charge almost $20 (some glasses were even higher around $30) for a very small pour (4 ounces). Served in a big glass, it made the glass look almost empty. When I inquired about the small pour, I was told that's all they give. But for nearly $20 it should be much larger! OR the menu should indicate the very small pour. Having gone here through the years, I won't go back. Be ware!
