Waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes, when i finally got my food, the fries were hard and barely edible. I ordered a meal, didnt get my drink with my food, when I asked about the drink and looked at my receipt the drink was not even on the receipt, and the employee just looked at me like owell, did not offer for me to buy one or just give me one for my inconvience of almost waiting for 20 minutes. The worst quality of food and customer service, I have ever received from a fast food joint.

Every time I've gone to this Arby's, they either forget part of my order or get it wrong. I figured I'd try them today since its been a while, and nope... still forgot part of my order. When you go thru the drive thru, you don't usually notice until you get all the way home.. I doubt I'll come back to this one, but if i ever do. I'll be sure to check my order before leaving.. kinda expensive to get ripped off.. especially when you're on disability and rarely get to eat out.

My “Original Reserve” Roast Beef Sandwich certainly didn’t have THE MEATS. It was stingy at best, cold and tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for a while. Also, completely neglected to give any of the sauces that were asked for.

Stopped by because the drive thru had a pretty decent line. The Halloween decorations were incredible, so kudos to the assistant manager who made all 12 link streamers! Got a great deal with the 2 for $8 French dip coupon and it was delicious. My hubbs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was awesome too! Really great experience, and I had to let y’all know!

I’m highly disappointed in my experience just now. 10/2/24 4:15pm First time going to this location and to an Arby’s in over 4 years. Super disappointed. Worst customer experience I have ever had. There was no one in line. They had no one there except one other person in front of me and a workers car in the parking lot. they told me they would tell my total at the window. I was asked to move forward because they were being timed and the Mac n cheese bites were taking longer. I said no, there was no need for me to do so BuT If there had been someone behind me I would have. Amber didn’t like my answer repeated herself then got an the worst attitude ever from both of the associates one male Young & other one mid 20’s female with a witch attitude, amber, grunted then slammed the window in my face all because they had a timer going. I never received a receipt. The Chicken inside of ranch wrap was also very crunchy and hard to enjoy. The fries were hard and tasted like peanut oil. Possibly oil change needed. Nasty fries. The best thing I had from my order was the small sprite. The Mac n cheese bites were disgusting. The cheese on the inside isn’t a cheddar but almost tastes like a mozzarella mixed provolone. Didn’t ask me if I wanted ketchup or sauces. As a customer, it’s not my fault that the timer is taking longer than expected or whatever the business be. To talk to a customer with a rude attitude because of the refusal of moving up is ridiculous. I have a video of said actions. Since I did not get my receipt. I have video proof of the whole transaction today. This was not okay. If you do not like your job you need to quit it and find another one. Customer service experience is everything in the food industry!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT THIS STOP- I GOT PAID TO BE A SECRET SHOPPER TODAY. -not professional ((after seeing this- the owner tried “to make it right” by sending a link in response BUT the link is an Error. It’s invalid. So Nothing was made right. I think how “it could be made right”, is to have the employee, amber, to apologize to my face for being rude and slamming the window in my face bc I wouldn’t move up due to their timer going long with no one there besides me. ???

The older cashier that works there at lunch, was very rude. As I gave her my order, rather than asking me what I wanted, she put my order in. As I let her know that my order was wrong, she PUNCHED it into the computer. She then became rude to her coworkers, by saying very loud, " CALM DOWN, AND HANG ON!" I probably won't be back. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience there!
