I wish the employees here were kinder and more welcoming. I love their smoothie bowls and i’ve been in 5+ times but never once have i been greeted or asked if i need help and each time it makes me not want to come back even more. Disappointing😢
edit: came here one last time and it will 100% be the last time. No hi, no welcome, not even a single word from BOTH EMPLOYEES. Whoever runs this place should really be embarrassed. Your staff is RUDE and that’s why you’re not busy! It is definitely the norm here yikes.

I just bought a strawberry kiwi smoothie. It had zero flavor. If your fruit isn’t in season make it a seasonal item. Why have an item on the menu that just tastes like ice with a hint of fruit? Go a head a blame me for ordering a smoothie at your store. Why have a review section if you’re just going to be rude to ppl for reviewing your items. If you want better reviews do better.

Update: I ordered my smoothie at 2:09pm and was told by door dash ten minutes later at 2:19 my order is delayed. He then didn’t get my smoothie until 2:23 fourteen minutes later. The owner is saying my order was done within minutes. It took almost thirty minutes to get my order. I live close to bridge and Safeway. This store is next to the movie theater less than a mile away from my house. Also the owner says it’s my fault I didn’t ask for a straw. So heads up customers this is how you’ll be treated getting a $35 dollar smoothie. Hopefully this owner understands if she wants respect for having a small business you need to treat your customers with respect. I normally love going to this place. However I just spent $35 on three smoothies. I did not get what I ordered and was charged for extra coconut I did not get. We also did not get straws. I will not be coming back to this store. The door dasher said the lady was rude and purposely made my order take longer than what the store agreed to with door dash. Also this is not the correct smoothies they do not taste good. It ice mixed with only bananas. I normally get smoothies here once to twice a week. So will take my money elsewhere. Hopefully the lady gets written up for not doing her job. It is 11-24-24 at approx 2:30.

Rudest bunch of kids I’ve seen. No customer service skills and sassy teenagers, it sucks the quality and worth ethic some business has turned into.

This is long overdue! I’m writing this on 5/17 around 2:40pm and this customer is just ??.Kudos to the girls working! I come often and they’re always friendly and try their best! When I come they’re busy and there’s only two of them. They do take a while to get our smoothies out but you can see them over the counter and they work non stop. This lady had gotten her order and dropped one of her bowls.. she thought the workers would make her another one so she waited near the front making everyone uncomfortable. She never checked with the workers. And they were busy today, again working nonstop. She was just sitting with her 3 other smoothies on the phone making mean and impatient remarks. She had two little girls with her and didn’t let them have the smoothies that were fine. Finally after about 20 minutes she walks up to the front and asks for a refund for everything. And she complained that the smoothies that she did have were melted because she was waiting for them to make the bowl they dropped.. she continued loudly on the phone making a scene. I felt so bad for the workers. They deserved better.
Service was fast & friendly! I normally go to the one in Thornton, and this one is way better. Wish I lived closer!

They close at 7 pm on a Friday, which to me makes no sense. However, the issue I have with them is I ordered from ubereats to pick up by 8, and when I arrived, they were closed. I was bummed because I really wanted to try them out. So, after a few weeks, I retried again I ordered for delivery at 6:50 and I received a call at 6:53 with the girl stating they close in 7 minutes. She said if the uber driver doesn't arrive by 7 I would have to cancel. Luckily the drive was on his way but I had to ask her to please not waste my time and his time if they could wait just a few minutes. She was rude about it and said yes. So in conclusion, I am taking it that Berry Blends does not want my business and does not have good customer service. Also the issue is not with Uber it's with your set up. You need to change the settings to not allow orders past a certain time.
