Been here only a hand full of times, but it’s been consistent in nobody ever wanting to take your order, you have to get up a lot to get napkins, refills, plates just basic things people would need at a sit down restaurant, they are all busy walking around but never attending to tables, pizza wait time is outstanding on how long it takes made to order or not just amazing. 😞

This place has been a disappointment everytime I’ve went (3 times)…on the last one, we waited 90 minutes for two 12” pizzas. The staff all seem to be confused and/or enamored with the order waitstaff software. I have no idea which “wait serve” system or app they us, but the orders are constantly f*cked and the staff just stares at their device lol.

Great spot for a pint. Staff is fantastic.

This place is AMAZING! The people, food and atmosphere is absolutely incredible. The owners are great people who care about their community and all of their customers. Not to mention their food is worth coming back for alone. Get “The Med” pizza trust me!

I recently visited this pizzeria brewery for a fundraiser night supporting a Brighton baseball team, and it was such a great experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and their sandwiches and appetizers hit the spot too. What really stood out, though, was the vibe — it's a perfect mix of chill and lively. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive of the fundraiser. It’s clear that this place isn’t just about great food and drinks; they truly care about the people around them. We’ve also been here for trivia as well and it was a blast.

I was there last Saturday and I just have to comment on the server. She was the cute little blonde/strawberry colored hair girl and I think her name was Sheelisa. She had the brightest smile and personality of everyone there! I wish more restaurants could hire such wonderful people.

We came to Big Choice when we went to the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday. Shelisa was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. I could tell that the restaurant was busy but Shelisa made sure we had a lovely experience.

Big Choice Brewing is our go to place for great food, beer and service. The owners and staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend the seasonal beers and food specials like the lobster mac and cheese. Can't wait for the upcoming tapping of the peppermint stout...

We love love love this place! We have been enjoying their beer for several years. Every Tuesday we join trivia night and love it. Sam is amazing. We love Claire. Owners are so fantastic. It feels like Cheers! Service is great and pizza is so good!
