Billie’s has the best eggs benedict in town!! My husband and sister also love the chicken fried steak! Weekends are always packed but it’s worth the wait!

This is a wonderful local diner with small town atmosphere and great food. The corned beef hash was perfect; proper balance of corned beef and potatoes, crispy on the outside, soft and tasy on the inside (not too salty). The home fries had the right amount of crisp. The blt was a perfect balance of mayo, bacon, tomato and lettuce, with a generous helping of fries. Super attentive wait staff and fast cooking. I look forward to coming back!

Fantastic little hole in the wall dinner, quick service,great food, good location.

Saturday we arrived at 11:18am took 15 mins to seat us, as the restaurant was full (totally understandable.) Waiter took another 15 mins to take our order. We received our food at 12:15pm. Hungry man burrito was trash. Banana nut pancakes were delicious.

Billy’s Café is a true hidden gem in Brighton! The service here was great—everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, and our food arrived surprisingly quickly.
Every dish we ordered was delicious. We tried the Hungry Man Burrito, generously smothered in savory country gravy, and it was yummy. I also enjoyed a half order of the stuffed French toast along with biscuits and gravy, and both were exceptional in flavor.
If you haven’t tried this local cafe yet, you definitely should.

I am from out of state visiting some of my Family, I have a certified Service Dog, not a support Dog, I had breakfast at Billie's Restaurant in Brighton, Colorado on 10/25/2024. When we first walked in the owner gave me a tough time about my Service Dog, an Australian Shepherd, (SD), I told her, (the owner), I would be more than glad to show her my prescription for Him, she let us in without me showing it to her. Bear, my SD, laid down out of the way stay placed without Any Problems. As other customers witnessed Him they all complimented on what a well trained Dog. By the time we left even the owner I could tell realized He was a great SD. Billie's has good food, prices were really fair so we went back next day for late breakfast, we walked in, I could see owner was not happy, I could also see the table she sat us at the day before was empty, she looked at us, another couple walked in after us she sat them immediately, another couple walked in after them, she seated them immediately, a single man walked in and was seated immediately, I got up and left, food was not good enough to be rudely ignored. This has never happened to us before, I guess there is always that one person, if You have a SD it seems you are not welcomed at Billie's Restaurant in Brighton Colorado.

Food was delicious and filling. They were short a couple of servers but they tried really hard to accommodate every guest as quickly as possible. I did not feel rushed to finish my meal and the server came back often to check in on us.
