So we absolutely loved blackjack in Brighton up until recently. We usually order about 70$ a week(we have a big family) few times last month the pizza was very over cooked to where the cheese was brown, we didn’t complain because it’s normally perfectly. Then we would try and order and it was closed. Then it was they forgot items and had to go back. Then I ordered and the app somehow left off my ranch so called and re ordered it with my delivery. I was charged an additional 5.99 fee for delivery even though it was the same house at the same time. I just let it go because I figured it was my fault. Then it happened again tonight and it split my order in half. My daughter called and a girl took the call and said no it will just be one fee. Not only did they not send the whole thing together but I was charged an additional 5.99 fee and he had to go back and get the order. When he told me the total I explained that they were taking off the extras delivery fee, he called the manager and she asked to speak to me. She was the owner and had said she couldn’t take ok the delivery fee but would give me a free cheese bread next time, but I had to pay the additional cash now. That’s not a free cheese bread then I was paying for it now and not getting it until later how is that taking care of a loyal customer? You’re telling me the owner can’t fix a double delivery fee so her customer isn’t out the money? It’s the principle of it, together with this happening twice and the quality of the food going Down it’s not worth it. And for the owner to want to lose a customer over integrity is wild to me.

I just have to say always fresh and delicious! Never disappointing, Salad always fresh pizza always has flavor good taste in dough best pizza in Brighton !

I can’t believe this location will not let you pay over the phone just because they don’t want to hassle to make the payment. They asked to pay once we get there.???

I’ve not had the pizza but the pictures are making my mouth water! Cousin rants and raves about how great it is… I’m going to drive to Colorado just for the pizza!!!

We have been waiting for 2 hours for our food. The estimated time was 90 minutes, which we were fine with waiting for. We had no contact with the store and how long it would be. We attempted to call the store but were met with their closed message. There have been no refunds or any communication on if there is food on the way. This is not the first time it has happened. We recognize that there are two big sporting events happening today but this is unacceptable. This is a shame since we used to be frequent customers but this is a terrible lack of service.

Customer service at this location is terrible who ever is answering the phone is rude and likes to keep arguing instead of trying to fix the situation we have supported this business for many years and will no longer be doing so

Came in to order a pizza and was greeted and tooken care of by Jose, great energy, and funny. Not the biggest fan of ordering inside usually just on the phone but I’ll for sure be back just cause of my experience with Jose. Big shout out to him
I love Blackjack. The pizza and cheese bread are so good! If you get delivery it's almost always earlier than they quote you. Don't sleep on the Mediterranean chicken pizza!

Our family loves the chicken bacon ranch pizza here..Hands down.. NOWHERE ELSE..can compare. And the evening of 3-1-24 we went hungry for CBR and with a family of 4 to feed ...Brannan King was a patient and understanding manager and helped us get the most out of our tiny budget , Thank you Blackjack's for having the best crew around and the most awesome CBR pizza.
