We ordered pizza tonight and it took over an hour to get to us. My husband called and was told by the manager that they can refuse service because my husband supposedly cussed at the employee taking the order. The employee lied. When we finally got our pizza it was soggy and looked as if someone tampered with it. I’m very dissatisfied with the food and the service. I tried eating the pizza and it was horrible. Black Jack should be ashamed and embarrassed on their service and the quality of their pizza.

I gave a 4 on the service only for the delivery driver. I have order several times my pizza with both pizza sauce and barbecue sauce together. Super simple request. Yet they continue to struggle and they call me every week. Last week the kid acted like someone was killing him and argue for ever with me, but finally did what the customer asked for. It wasn’t that hard now was it. This week I was unable to answer phone and thought maybe they finally figure out it is was the customer order. But no they did not and put the barbecue sauce on the side in a cup and cold. Totally not same effect. People customers are always right. Desire the pizza the toppings have never slid off once. That why always did light on each. It was perfect on all other counts. But tonight it was not. Again if I could answer the phone I would have, by now they should have known that is what I wanted. I been a customer for a long time now and I am very disappointed. If this is a rule why until the last two weeks has not been rule before. It was only last week you guys seemed to struggle with such a simple request. Not very good customer service Ms Desire.

This was my first time here I came in ordered and it was only 10 mins and my bomb pizza was done ....I loved my thin crust pizza . The guy was really nice and I didn't have to wait long either and spent less then 15$ that's a win win right cheaaa. Thank you I will be back 🤘

So we absolutely loved blackjack in Brighton up until recently. We usually order about 70$ a week(we have a big family) few times last month the pizza was very over cooked to where the cheese was brown, we didn’t complain because it’s normally perfectly. Then we would try and order and it was closed. Then it was they forgot items and had to go back. Then I ordered and the app somehow left off my ranch so called and re ordered it with my delivery. I was charged an additional 5.99 fee for delivery even though it was the same house at the same time. I just let it go because I figured it was my fault. Then it happened again tonight and it split my order in half. My daughter called and a girl took the call and said no it will just be one fee. Not only did they not send the whole thing together but I was charged an additional 5.99 fee and he had to go back and get the order. When he told me the total I explained that they were taking off the extras delivery fee, he called the manager and she asked to speak to me. She was the owner and had said she couldn’t take ok the delivery fee but would give me a free cheese bread next time, but I had to pay the additional cash now. That’s not a free cheese bread then I was paying for it now and not getting it until later how is that taking care of a loyal customer? You’re telling me the owner can’t fix a double delivery fee so her customer isn’t out the money? It’s the principle of it, together with this happening twice and the quality of the food going Down it’s not worth it. And for the owner to want to lose a customer over integrity is wild to me.

We have been waiting for 2 hours for our food. The estimated time was 90 minutes, which we were fine with waiting for. We had no contact with the store and how long it would be. We attempted to call the store but were met with their closed message. There have been no refunds or any communication on if there is food on the way. This is not the first time it has happened. We recognize that there are two big sporting events happening today but this is unacceptable. This is a shame since we used to be frequent customers but this is a terrible lack of service.
Customer service at this location is terrible who ever is answering the phone is rude and likes to keep arguing instead of trying to fix the situation we have supported this business for many years and will no longer be doing so

I love Blackjack. The pizza and cheese bread are so good! If you get delivery it's almost always earlier than they quote you. Don't sleep on the Mediterranean chicken pizza!
