Stopped in here for a To-go burrito the service was pretty quick but the place was empty at 12:05 on a Monday. I had the steak burrito with cheese and chili. The burrito was hot wrapped in a flour tortilla (definitely store bought) the first 1/2 of the burrito was just nacho cheese and tortilla. The next 1/4 was some not quite fully cooked potatoes cheese sauce and green chili. The last 1/4 of the burrito had about 1/8th cup of meat cheese chili and potatoes. The care of assembly definitely wasn’t there. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it the price was good but the overall food just meh.

Love this place. One of my favorite breakfast burritos. Family owned and ran! How many place do you go where the owner serves you and make you feel like you are at home. Can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend the Cochino burrito!

I was excited to try this place since I haven't had in Arvada Long ago. Unfortunately it was a let down the green chili was watery and not much flavor and my burrito was mostly potato hardly any egg.
Not sure what the convenience fee for $1.25 is about and also a $1 for onions a bit steep most places like 0.30 cents.
Anyways it wasn't worth my drive or time. See pics.

I stopped in today (8/27/25) around 2pm with my 4 year old daughter for a quick bite to eat. I drive over from Erie because I was really craving food from Chubby's on 82nd and Washington but I didn't feel like driving into Denver. Figured I'd try this place out.
I ordered a large smothered fry deluxe plus chicharrones, bean and cheese burrito, small French fry and a glass bottled Coke. The total came to $29.84. The Coke was a short bottle instead of the tall ones and my daughter and I had to shake and conserve it... But we still ran completely dry early on into our meal. That really sucked especially considering we're... I'm eating spicy food. They do not have fountain drinks and God only knows how much the bottled Cokes cost... Or anytime else in the menu for that matter. Although there were prices shown on the menu board and I was roughly adding up in my head... I still have no idea how it cost so much for what I ordered... No receipt was offered.
I was kindly greeted by an older gentleman and he provided good service. The food was okay... Better than some Bubba Chinos locations as well as Santiago's... This place actually uses the correct fries.
If we would've had access to large cups and free drink refills... I bet the food would've tasted much better and this would actually probably be at least a 4 star review... But as is, I must give it only 1 star because I can't see myself ever coming back to this location or any other Bubba Chinos... This place is unpatronizable with the drink situation... It's just a single simple issue... But a critical one... One that if fixed could help to reconcile the exorbitant pricing.

I’m not trying to bash this place, but I’ve been to bubba chinos multiple times… The food is good but the prices don’t match their photos on google… I’m shocked that 2 breakfast burritos cost $18.00 now… and what’s with the convenience fee? They could have better customer service as well. It just doesn’t feel very welcoming. :(

EVERY TIME I call a to-go order in, there’s this old man who answers and he’s never polite! He always sounds like he’s in a horrible mood and he lacks customer service skills.

i honestly can’t count anymore how many times i found plastic or hair in my food it’s actually ridiculous
Been coming here for over 5 years. We come today and we order 6 tacos for dine in. They come out small as heck, way smaller than before. Only 1 small container of salsa for 3 tacos. We asked for more and they literally gave us a hard time with wanting 1 small container of salsa for each taco. We paid $30 for 6 tacos and two sodas. If times are that rough where a company has to be so petty on how much salsa you give out, then maybe shut down. Whenever the owners brother is there, he never gives us grief when we want more salsa. Today, different story. When we walked out, we gave them the unused salsa and told them that since times are so rough, they can reuse it. My husband told the girl at the register that we were never coming back and she just laughed and said, “Have a good day.”
After going here for years and watching the prices steadily increase in the service level steadily decreased, I finally reached my final straw today. Went in me and my wife ordered six tacos and got a $30 bill. Didn't say anything, went and sat down received the tacos and they seem to be way smaller than they've always been. Then asked for some more Salsas and got a hard time and then they eventually brought more salsas out.
