28.65 for a bacon breakfast burrito and 2 sausage burritos is absurd, one had no chili or cheese.
Im pretty sure he tipped himself, ill happily never be back. No wonder all their denver locations closed.

I wish ones closer to me were still open. However every time I go to Brighton I have to stop here. Good chili, good burritos, good carne asada fries. Friendly service. Good prices.

The breakfast burritos are killer. I have yet to be disappointed in the taste, quality or size. The service is usually pretty good. The only reason I take a star off is that the pricing isn’t accurate. Added fees and the menu price doesn’t seem to be accurate. If they want to collect $10 for a burrito…just put that number on the menu. It’s a little high, but the size of the burrito is great and I would return and pay that price. This is one of the only places around that has a good breakfast burrito. Being in Brighton and the surrounding areas, most of the breakfast burritos are the dry “Mexican authentic” versions where they give you tiny sauce cups and the eggs are like rubber. Bubba Chinos has a great product…just be honest about the pricing. It would also be great if you could actually call or order ahead. I would love to be able to pick up quick since it’s already a 10 minute drive to this place. For people on short work breaks I can’t afford the 20 minutes round trip and to have to wait 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. Every time I have tried to call the phone just rings and rings.

I haven’t had this location for quite some time but something seems different. The fries were undercooked and the chili was really bland. Along with I found a hair in my carne asada fries so that wasn’t fun…

This place is phenomenal, great service the staff were so kind and the food was ready pretty much by the time i finished paying I wasnt seated for longer than 2 minutes before my food was ready and speaking of, the food was stellar! EXcellent green chile, perfect churros, perfectly cooked fries, I cant give this place enough praise even the food is fairly priced! A little above $10 after tax for a small chili cheese fry and the small should qualify as a large! the portions were big, hot and fresh I had plenty of leftovers to take home. 10/10, probably even 100/10 couldnt recommend more

I was charged a $1.25 “convenience fee” at Bubba Chinos in Brighton just for using my debit card — which is illegal under card network rules. Debit card fees are not allowed, and even for credit cards, businesses are not supposed to charge more than 4%.
My bill was $7.50, so a 4% fee would be about 30¢ — but they charged me $1.25, over 16%, which means they’re profiting off customers under the guise of “card fees.”
When I brought it up, the employee was rude, claimed it wasn’t illegal, and told me to “go somewhere else.”
This is a shady and dishonest way of doing business — passing costs onto customers and hoping no one calls them out. I won’t be back.

Way way too much cheese so much on my smothered Mexican hamburger that it tasted exactly like nacho cheese taste like, it was not a good time eating it and I threw half away because I couldn't stomach the cheese amount, if your having a bad chili day it's better to take the loss than to ruin your food just saying some cant have that much cheese, so much that's all it basically was was cheese smothered not a green chili smothered with cheese on top it was all cheese very very lil green chili very disappointed I come here a few times a month I know what it's supposed to taste and look like chubbys here I come

Stopped in here for a To-go burrito the service was pretty quick but the place was empty at 12:05 on a Monday. I had the steak burrito with cheese and chili. The burrito was hot wrapped in a flour tortilla (definitely store bought) the first 1/2 of the burrito was just nacho cheese and tortilla. The next 1/4 was some not quite fully cooked potatoes cheese sauce and green chili. The last 1/4 of the burrito had about 1/8th cup of meat cheese chili and potatoes. The care of assembly definitely wasn’t there. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it the price was good but the overall food just meh.

Love this place. One of my favorite breakfast burritos. Family owned and ran! How many place do you go where the owner serves you and make you feel like you are at home. Can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend the Cochino burrito!
