Typically we have a good experience here BUT this time the place was a mess! Carrots in the bench that hasn't been cleaned. Floors were cover with straws, trash ,and food bits.They didn't get a truck so they were unable to provide things. This would've been good to know when seated not as ordering. No ranch was one thing. We weren't told until we received southwest ranch with our meal. No lemon pepper dry rub, no mango habinero. I used to work for a restaurant, go grab what you can from a near by store. There were 2-3 differnt wings that clearly still had feathers served to us. Tables were were not bussed/cleaned. There seemed to be no management on duty. Bathrooms were messy with no soap or paper towels. It will be a while if we return at all. Sad to say

I have worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time so I will start this by saying I have more empathy for restaurant workers than most. That being said, this place needs some better management or something. Yes it was a weekend when we came so again I understand being busy. But I ordered takeout, food was ready in about 30 minutes but it sat in the kitchen for about another 30 minutes before we got it so by the time we got our food it was basically cold I had to reheat it when I got home. Portion or fries was pitiful to say the least, overall just not impressed. Again I understand being busy and the restaurant industry in general but honestly what the heck guys I paid good money for this food it should be better.

Hello my name is Eric Talamantes, I just recently picked up my Order today but unfortunately the host Naylina asked me for the name of Order when the name was received she goes on to say to let me check on the status of you’re Order while I stand there waiting for over 20 mins she end ups to proceed to put my order down. let my food get cold until I mentioned that I haven’t got my order yet.

We stopped going to this location due to poor continued service from one of the bartenders, lack of cleanliness and over all apathy of all staff and under staffing causing delays in service. Not to mention this store is always visibly dirty to some degree. A certain bartender regularly over serves her “pet” customers while treating others with barely veiled distain regularly slamming glasses of water in front of those who piss her off. Bathrooms are usually dirty and the sinks look as though no one cleans them with disgusting dirt and grime in the corners. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Wait 15 minutes to even be greeted by the hostess. Then there is a 20 minute wait with a bunch of open tables. Went somewhere else.

Naylina the host seems to walk around and talk more than actually be a host. When we arrived we weren’t greeted or acknowledged at all. I had to get her attention quickly before she got away. We were told 15-20 minute wait. Waited 40 minutes then left to Old Chicago and got sat in 10 minutes there. Then after 5 minutes, we got our text saying our table at BWW was available. I don’t understand why because while waiting there were several booths open. Next day we order take out and the food are very okay. Fries were a bite stale and we got a very sad box of potato wedges.

I believe management might be the issue here.

Whenever you call them to order food they pick up the phone and hang up and you. I called about 5 times and the five times they did that.

The food was terrible. We waited a long time for our appetizer and our food came out with the appetizer. The chicken was grisly and over cooked with a very thin layer of sauce. Can’t believe how much I payed for two terrible meals.

I ordered a bunch of wings for the hockey game and in my 15 BOGO 15 it came five short and some of these. I can't believe they even call boneless. Does this look like 30 wings
