Buffalo Wild Wings

No toothpicks!? I got chicken stuck in my teeth from my wings and there were no toothpicks available. This is the only restaurant in town that doesn't have toothpicks. Second the menus are covered in dried up sauce. They need to be wiped off. Finally the seats are worn out and cracked. Food tastes good.

Do better… we ordered $60 worth of wings for them to forget the sauce on one set, box with the wings not put together, and two ranches for 40 wings! The wings are cold. Ranch had hair in it. Just absolutely trash. For the price, I’ll order wing stop.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The fried pickles were bland. My boneless wings were tiny and cold. My French fries were cold and stuck together. For the price, I could've gone to anywhere else.

Justine was terrible, rude, and very unprofessional. Asked for a manager to fix the issue and the manager did nothing while she was grinning walking around to other tables as of she knew nothing would be done. Something tells me this isn't the first time she has gotten a complaint on her. I know this location is desperate for employees but it shouldn't be desperate to the point where you keeps the bad ones.

If I could give a zero I would. It was the worst! We placed a to go order and when we went to pick it up they were 6 to gos behind. We waited 45 min for our food. Got home, a scoop of ingredients in our loaded nachos, wings had no sauce and we had 6 ... 6 onion rings.... And a thousand chips with no sauce, Never going back.

i love buffalo wild wings so much. my server was super nice and constantly checked in on us and the service was fast.

The wings were dry, there wasn't even a drop of sauce on the paper, they were cold, the onion rings were soggy and cold, and the fries were like silicone. The little cup of dip wasn't even half full. It was at least a $60 order to receive garbage. This restaurant has lost all respect for food

The wings were hard and cold. The burger was so burned that it hurt my mouth trying to chew it.
The music was so loud I couldn't hear to talk to my husband.
The waitress was fine, a little stressed but very nice.

Today, I had an amazing experience BWW. I walked in to pick up some food and use my bday reward. A had a few questions. The manager was helpful and his colleague Michael was a wonderful young man. The food was perfect. Thank You So much.

I came in with three young kids who were full of energy, so I know it wasn’t the easiest table to serve. But our waitress, Bre, absolutely knocked it out of the park. She gave the kids positive attention from the moment we sat down, offered drink and food suggestions that they actually loved, and found little ways to keep them engaged and calm.

Her recommendations were spot on, the food was great, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into an unexpectedly wonderful evening.

Thank you, Bre, for going above and beyond. You’re a true asset to Buffalo Wild Wings and we appreciate you more than you know.

The place is dirty. And super dirty restrooms.. their left water faucet in the sink is broken.. if the restrooms are this dirty IMAGINE THEIR KITCHEN THAT CUSTOMERS CANT SEE.

We were seated on Sunday at table 91 pretty quickly. But then were completely ignored for like 20 minutes, no acknowledgement waitresses walking by and nothing. So we walked out I don’t recommend this place on Sundays
