Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered food 10 Wings and a large fries. The fries were old, cold, and hard must of been left over from lunch and the Wings were chewy, for 35 dollars it was disappointing.

Placed online order, was supposed to pick up food at 8:50 pm, did not leave until 9:30pm after waiting all that time. Food was already cold when I got home and I only live 5 minutes away, so food must of been sitting there for a while.

Came here on the night of 4-5-2024 for a date night with my wife as our kid wasn't going to be with us. We showed up at about 7:30 pm and it was kind of busy for the time. Was told by the front attendees it would be 40 minutes and for a number and name witch was fine as it's date night and nothing going on so we decided to get a drink at the bar and when i recieved the text it said 45 to 60, it was not that busy ha. When we got there the poor bar tender behind the bar was getting put through the works, she was moving so fast and you could tell she didn't want to be there, they should do better to accommodate her because that's half the reason it was busy. The Manger asked us at the bar if we were waiting for a seat and told her yes and were seated right next to the bar in probably about 20 minutes witch was nice. The waitress I think her name was Lana was really nice and helpful. She took our order fast and even helped with questions I had about the app and I watched her try to help the bar tender numerous times that shouldn't have been alone on a Friday. Then is when the experience really soured, I watched a group of six come in and eat for a hour and leave before I was even asked if my food ever came out, I noticed the Manger was watching like a hawk the whole time because she even new this was ridiculous, it wasn't even that busy. I watched a group of another 6 ladies sit next to us after they already cleared out the table and cleaned it, it was almost 915 at this point. I was told by my waitress I was getting my food compted without me even saying anything, witch I was like YAY free food I haven't even received, then I really thought about it a d that's even worse, the Manger watched the whole time and new I didn't receive anything and didn't bother to check in on it once cause she was staring at my whole mood changing. Mind you this was our monthly date night, nothing special. The world sucks and we need to do better. This whole experience should have went better. Still paid 59 dollars for 1 beer and 4 drinks. Shit show is a understatement

I come here like once a week for a take out order and they always get it right. Very nice and attentive staff. Any bad reviews I don’t get because I’ve never had a issue with them or the food. I wanted to write this review because even tonight the food was PERFECT! Thank you guys so much!

I used to love coming to BWW. However, we’ve been a few times lately and it has gone down hill. The food is average, as well as the customer service. Last time we went I had ordered wings with extra sauce and a few of the wings had almost no sauce on them. My husband had ordered some type of bacon sandwich on which they completely forgot to put the bacon on. When he asked our server if she’d mind grabbing him the bacon for his sandwich she seemed really annoyed about it. Our server didn’t end up coming back with the bacon (one slice of bacon) until we were pretty much done with our meal and ready for the check. Unfortunately, we haven’t been back since because it’s just not worth it at this point.

Customer service was super terrible. The young girl who was seating people on 7/20 at 2:30pm had a terrible attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service with that attitude.

Worst Location I’ve ever been too Buffalo wild wings is my favorite place to hangout with my friends we really enjoy our food and drinks there but of course the other locations tho the one we used to go regularly was lil far yesterday we stopped here got very very disappointed the waitress had so much attitude, didn’t want to answer a single question just made the whole experience worst made us feel like we were eating for free and she was doing us a favor :(

What's closo I was not happier and we went to eduardo and I was not happyou zero start if I could and then I went the next day and was a lot better.I god is garlic parmesan cease codes the potato wedges and the macaroni and cheese and my Grandma God.

I have been going to bdubs my whole life. This is by the far the worst location I have ever been to. We ordered wings for a party and they came cold, unsauced, and hard as a rock. Ordered some pizzas to try and save myself some embarrassment.

Typically we have a good experience here BUT this time the place was a mess! Carrots in the bench that hasn't been cleaned. Floors were cover with straws, trash ,and food bits.They didn't get a truck so they were unable to provide things. This would've been good to know when seated not as ordering. No ranch was one thing. We weren't told until we received southwest ranch with our meal. No lemon pepper dry rub, no mango habinero. I used to work for a restaurant, go grab what you can from a near by store. There were 2-3 differnt wings that clearly still had feathers served to us. Tables were were not bussed/cleaned. There seemed to be no management on duty. Bathrooms were messy with no soap or paper towels. It will be a while if we return at all. Sad to say

I have worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time so I will start this by saying I have more empathy for restaurant workers than most. That being said, this place needs some better management or something. Yes it was a weekend when we came so again I understand being busy. But I ordered takeout, food was ready in about 30 minutes but it sat in the kitchen for about another 30 minutes before we got it so by the time we got our food it was basically cold I had to reheat it when I got home. Portion or fries was pitiful to say the least, overall just not impressed. Again I understand being busy and the restaurant industry in general but honestly what the heck guys I paid good money for this food it should be better.

Worst location ever. İnside was empty and still telling me to wait 1 to 1,5 hours..
