My grandson and I wanted to get food to eat while watching the Broncos. The burger was ordered with no tomato and no cheese. We ordered mozzarella sticks and onion rings. The burger came with cheese. The mozzarella sticks and the onion rings were so old we had to throw them away. They must have been under the heat lamp all day. This BK has really gone down hill. Management should be replaced. I have loved BKs burgers but Wendy's is my go to burger place now. At least the food there is edible.

This location is just awful. Staff has been shamelessly speaking poorly about the customers the entire half hour we’ve sat here, both restrooms are closed, it took forever to order three items because the POS isn’t working correctly and because of that, I also couldn’t get a receipt. Online ordering isn’t available, so no deals unless you have paper coupons. NONE of the food was fresh at all. I understand this is just a fast food joint, but take a little pride in your work, ladies.
We will try the Ft. Lupton store in the future.

I went to buy some hamburgers and he sent me to park and I asked him to give me some ranch and he treated me very rudely and said no, that if I wanted to buy ranch I had to go back to the window and pay. It's a young woman with blue hair.

Missing double burger. A double burger ordered given a single instead. Pretty sure they have no more mustard after my order. 100% going to Wendy's and pay little bit more but my order is correct. The food is always good, however everytime I go there they always have an attitude and are always so rude. The last time I went I asked for a jr whopper and she claimed that she didn’t know what it was and that she didn’t have that. And so I asked for the number instead and she says “I don’t know what you’re saying” in a super rude manner so in that case I just drove off. This is the only Burger King that is close to my house. I went again today and the lady was just so irritated with me and her tone was very rude.

This location is a joke. Employees move at the slowest pace, couldn’t find my mobile order for 10 mins, and then still waited another half hour to get the food made. Pathetic. Shut this location down or revamp it with new management and staff.

Called to get my order mistakes fixed and Maria(the person who claimed to be on charge) was giving me a ton of attitude about helping me. I asked her for the corporate number to ask for for their help and she wouldn't give it to me saying she didn't have it and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Dumb lady with blue hair charged me for a large meal but gave me medium drink and when I asked for sauces she tells me I should have ordered sauce with my meal because they cost extra with the worst attitude I have encountered at any fast food establishment
