Called to get my order mistakes fixed and Maria(the person who claimed to be on charge) was giving me a ton of attitude about helping me. I asked her for the corporate number to ask for for their help and she wouldn't give it to me saying she didn't have it and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Dumb lady with blue hair charged me for a large meal but gave me medium drink and when I asked for sauces she tells me I should have ordered sauce with my meal because they cost extra with the worst attitude I have encountered at any fast food establishment

The girl in the drive thru was very nice when she took our order and brought us our food. Unfortunately though, she got our order wrong and gave us chicken nuggets instead of cheesey tots. By the time we had realized it, we were already on i25 headed home so didn't make sense to go back.

If I could i would give negative 5 stars i ordered online said it was ready to pick up when I arrived through the drive thru no one answered for 10 minutes I went inside and the lady told me the store was closed but the door was open and it was already 8:03am don’t go here for breakfast the lady in the morning is really rude maybe put a sign outside saying closed or something 😡😡😡🤬🤬 she just told me to go online and get a refund cause she couldn’t do anything about it

I could have half-soled my shoe with the "fish" patty. I don't know when it was cooked (I mean what year) or how long it had been "browning" under the sun lamp, but it was beyond well done. How did they manage to run out of onion rings? Should have gone to McDonald's. Won't make that mistake again.

Hi... I haves info for you that may change your mind eating from BK. Food as fake. No certain meat is meat. The burger meat is nothing other than a soy burger that you would buy in the freezer section of 7-11. Precooked. Frozen with grill markes already on them. All they do is reheat your soy burgers. Your chicken is nothing different! It's not even chicken! Your onion rings are not even made from onions! Remember when the food used to be good? Yet now all you get is garbage. The Buns on the sandwiches are hard rock. The only good thing about this place Burger King? Maybe maybe your choice not to eat there!
