This is my second time in the last month getting Burger King and the food was great both times. But I really want to give a shout-out to the young man who rang me up (same person both visits). I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, polite, and well-mannered he was. He made eye contact, smiled, and gave genuine customer service. Good job to him and that closing team.

They accidentally forgot my fries, which the immediately made right, while getting yelled at by some jerk who doesn’t know that ‘fries no salt’ take longer than normal, because they have to make it from scratch. Go figure. The manager handled that perfectly while making my order right. Awesome.

The girl in the drive thru was very nice when she took our order and brought us our food. Unfortunately though, she got our order wrong and gave us chicken nuggets instead of cheesey tots. By the time we had realized it, we were already on i25 headed home so didn't make sense to go back.
